β β β β β Never again Asus. After update camera not working anymore ( blurred pictures). No update fix, no comment, no service. No more customers! Avoid Asus. Never buy trash phones anymore. Don't waste your money.

β β β β β Over the years I have owned a cheap Asus netbook, a multimedia laptop and a workstation with Asus server motherboard. For all these products I have received excellent service, both within and after the warranty period.
Frankly I have never had better service from any tech company; initial responses are always fast (within 2 days), follow-ups happen on the same day. Tech support has always suggested useful solutions when my own attempts at fixing a problem or googling its cause were unsuccessful.
Despite me buying the server motherboard second hand, tech support took the initiative to check the warranty and suggested I request a replacement, because the motherboard was still under warranty. I think this is exemplary customer service and it will definitely keep me an Asus customer for the foreseeable future.

Very bad quality product (Asus VivoBook Pro N705UD-GC081T) Casing had to be maintained several times as screws released and casing top and bottom disconnected several times without any obvious reason. Monitor quality is way below what to expect from a pro/power notebook. And last but not least the SSD was the first component to completely fail and repairs set you back around 320 euro's for a notebook that already costed 1500.
This product should not wear the name "PRO". It's a slow and underperforming notebook with cheap quality components.

β β β β β the marketing and prices are so different that it makes no sense at all.
You buy a brand new laptop from 3rd party seller and it's at least 100 or few hundred LESS ! You go to the ASUS store and you think you will get better prices , THINK AGAIN ! They are selling only OLD OUTDATED laptops and ask much more then your local seller ! On the new laptops you can't see any pricing. Go to XOTIC PC and you will find far better prices. It's so stupid that I had to write a bad review about it. I suppose the marketing managers are all retards ...

β β β β β I will never buy products ASUS.
For about a year, my smartphone ze551ml is not working and after two repairs continues to present problems with fast charging, connecting to a PC, nonworking sim slots (there are two), nonworking SD memory card, is not working vibration, nonworking external speaker. And even worse, after the second repair the smartphone is back with data of another person (it had pictures, messages and calls). On numerous notifications via email and through registered letters, I have not received any response either. Apparently, this is the official policy of the ASUS in relation to their clients.
We will continue to seek justice within competent authorities.

β β β β β Ordered an Asus Geforce RTX 3080 ROG-STRIX-RTX3080-O10G-GAMING from Megekko on 28.11.2020, now, after almost a year (no card received) I received an email stating that Asus no longer makes these type of GPUs and that the order will be canceled. When I bought it, the price was around 900 Euros (the nvidia msrp is 699 dollars), now you cannot find anything bellow 1300 Euros (not from Asus). This is outrageous for gamers and long time Asus fans as myself. It seems that after so many years together this partnership is over. Never again from Asus as they don't care about us.
