Leider ist das Reisebüro jedoch zu absolut nichts in der Lage außer unhöflich zu werden

Unfortunately, the travel agency is unable to do anything except be rude

The agency does tell me, because of no insurance there wont be another flight
SINCE WHEN DOES A PASSANGER NEEDS AN INSURANCE WHEN THE AIRLINE DOES CANCEL?
It is all a big scam right here. The Ranjana cant help and doesnt let you talk once the payment is done. Maybe she is in the wrong business
