★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke webshop, helaas nog 'ouderwets' als het gaat over verzenden en retourneren. Heb voor meer dan €75 besteld op de webshop, echter wilde ik één artikel uiteindelijk retourneren. Dit moet je doorgeven via een e-mail. Vervolgens kreeg ik een bericht dat mijn bestelling na de retournering onder de €75 is gekomen en er alsnog, achteraf, verzendkosten worden gefactureerd. En dat terwijl ik de bestelling al betaald had en voor een behoorlijk bedrag. Vreemd en ouderwets als je het mij vraagt. Helaas voor het eerst en laatst besteld door deze manier van retourneren.
 Nice webshop, unfortunately still 'old-fashioned' when it comes to sending and returning. Have ordered more than € 75 at the webshop, but I wanted to return one item in the end. You must report this via an e-mail. Then I got a message that my order after the return below € 75 has come and yet, afterwards, shipping costs are billed. And that while I had already paid the order and for a considerable amount. Strange and old-fashioned if you ask me. Unfortunately for the first time and last ordered by this way of returning.
