The food is not "upscale cuisine", it has little to do with gourmet. The PLV is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grote superior kamer, fijn met balkon. Wel gedateerd. Het hele hotel mag wat gemoderniseerd worden. Wel ligt het op top locatie en is het personeel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is prima. Aan de sfeer/aankleding kan nog wat worden verbeterd.
Large superior room, nice with balcony. Well dated. The whole hotel needs some modernization. It is in a top location and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is fine. There is room for improvement in the atmosphere / decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De eerste zomerse dag in juni 2021 hebben wij heerlijk geluncht en wijntjes gedronken op het terras van Atlantic in Kijkduin,het eten was heerlijk zo ook de wijn het uitzicht op de zee en de perfecte gastheer Farley hebben er een dag van gemaakt met een gouden randje.@Farley bedankt voor de perfecte bediening en gezelligheid je bent een voorbeeld voor de Horeca top!!!
The first summer day in June 2021 we had a delicious lunch and wine on the terrace of Atlantic in Kijkduin, the food was delicious, so was the wine, the view of the sea and the perfect host Farley made it a day with a golden edge .@Farley thanks for the perfect service and conviviality you are an example for the Horeca top!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant service is very slow. Our sandwiches were not served even 30+ minutes (!) after placing an order, although the restaurant was half full. After we reminded, it took them another 10 minutes. The only reason we stayed is that other diners in the area were not yet opened for the season. Not acceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and relaxed lounge style terrace in the dunes of Kijkduin, with beach and sea views. Part of the NH Atlantic hotel but accessible for non-residents as well. Food and beverage are up to specs for a normal price. Service somewhat haphazard but very friendly. Direct access to a dune garden where rabbits are roaming.
