Terrible experience so far (and i mean so far because i still haven't received my container unfortunately). I Will detail everything: - The person that was handling my container from The Netherlands to Uruguay was sick (I am sorry for him of course), but can you believe that no one took over the coordination of my shipment until i called after days without news from Atlas saying "hey is everything ok? We are loading my furniture, have you already booked the container?" No one knew what i was talking about. It was a moment with no containers available in the market, so this delay Made it impossible to get one, therefor we had to load my stuff, take it to a warehouse and wait till they would find a container available, just because they did not do a proper handover internally. - in between, my new contact person for the coordination was working 3 days a week...not exactly the best + she was not really proactive. - we loaded the stuff on march 1st, and can you believe that they only found a container for loading somewhere in April? I called a forwarder that i use for my own work, and he said he could get us a container sooner, so basically told Atlas, hey check with this particular Carrier, i know that they Will have a container for us...they did, and we finally loaded the container in the 3rd week of march, sailing before the end of the month. - 2 weeks extra delay at the 1st transhipment Port (Spain)...not their fault but if it wasn't because i was doing the track & trace of the container, no update from Atlas side. - I saw then that there was a new delay again, this Time in the 2nd transhipment Port in Paranagua, Brazil. Thanks god i realized about it and called the Carrier, because Atlas was not answering my emails....why? Because the person was off work that day of course, not working 2 out of 5 days and no colleague covering her. The vessel was omiting Paranagua and Uruguay...I told Atlas that as per my conversation with the Carrier it was still possible to change the transhipment Port to Santos, but that this could only be requested by the exporter, therefor Atlas. So far, after 4 days of my request, no answer....of course the vessel left Santos already and arrived in Paranagua so 10 More days of delay... - ETA at the moment is on 17/5, almost 80 days after loading everything at home...no help at all from Atlas during the entire process, no knowledge, and defenetely no follow up of the shipment. Hope it Will arrive with no further delays. Blaming the container or vessel situation around the world is not realistic in this case.

This company do not stand by their insurance - beware! We did an international move with them and they did NOT pack our goods securely. Several items were damaged and despite having insurance for our stereo their insurance company are refusing to pay out and Atlas are not taking the blame. Shocking service.

My partner and I used Atlas Movers to relocate internationally from Amsterdam to San Francisco. They were professional throughout, their pricing was in the middle range, and worth every penny. The team in Amsterdam spoke great English and responded quickly to our many, many questions. The Dutch team that packed our 3-story home had a great attitude, and I have never seen glass packed so carefully in my life. Everything made it over with only a few minor chips to furniture that they quickly paid to cover the costs of less than $200. We were handed over to Bloom Re-locations for the San Francisco end, but were still able to get information from Atlas at any time. Our move into our new apartment was delayed a month on the US side by our new building, so Atlas safely stored our crate at a reasonable cost until we were able to move in. Bloom did our unpacking and also did an incredible job. I will happily use both of their services for the next move! Thank you!

I sent a very heavy item from Mexico to the Netherlands. They help with the moving when the item arrived in Rotterdam. 3 companies were involved, 'Moreno', 'Global mobility partners', and 'Atlas'. All good, took the time expected, they were in contact all the time. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Good value. Recommended

Pro: - The moving guys were amazing, efficient and fast. But they were external contractors. Contra: - Moved 25mΒ³ from the Netherlands to Brazil. Paid 8000€. On top of that I paid several hundreds of Euros for "storage", which was not communicated before. - My stuff delayed a little bit. Took 10 weeks and my stuff will be delivered next week (which makes it 11 instead of 6-8) - I asked them to deliver part of the stuff (3mΒ³) to a place 2 hours in the North. They asked another 2000USD for that service, which costs me 100USD if I let a Brazilian subcontractor do it.

Please, whatever you do, don't use Atlas to move from NL to the US (or anywhere). I have never written a Google review, but my experience is making me do so in hopes that nobody else gets scammed. The Atlas saleswoman told me in mid-April they "were not experiencing any delays like other shipping companies so if you want the quick 6-8 week delivery, get a full container instead of partial." They actually were experiencing delays at the time -- I know this because I contacted Hapag and other Atlas customers. But they chose not to share that information. When they took everything later in April, they contacted me a few days later and said it would be thousands more Euros and take many weeks longer. My possessions didn't leave port until June and they tried to charge me a storage fee for every day the items didn't move. It's now August, and my items still haven't arrived. They are now demanding more additional charges (including more storage charges for the next port) even though the nine thousand euro cost was sold to me as "all inclusive." I've escalated things as far as the CEO and he simply does not care or take accountability. There are so many more details I could share. I am in the midst of working with a lawyer. Please, don't give them business. PROS: The moving guys are really nice and efficient. I've moved many times and they're the best I've had. That's why I gave two stars instead one!

Not recommended. Moved with them from NL to UK. Initial price from salespeople was competitive, but then the price later got almost doubled even though the number of pick-up locations reduced from 2 to 1 and only adding 3 m3. Be AWARE! As they waited quite a bit with the final offer such that you are too late to change to a competitor. The moving staff were friendly and good, albeit they were mostly contractors. Office staff were not nice and also difficult to reach. Also planning was a nightmare. I can see many other negative reviews from this company and would like to reiterate to be very cautious if you wish to do business with them.

Terrible experience, They increased the price from the initial verbal agreement to the final document. They said between 10 and 14 days and it took 30 days the furniture to arrive, from the NL to Spain. Besides communicating many times that I had to travel and I will not be at home after such a long period. The move arrived after 30 days with multiples damages, some of them very difficult to image even the reason of those. The door of a wardrobe was broken, the handle bar of a bike too.. and most of the boxes were obviously mistreated.. The answer to my email, attaching multiple pictures of the damages, and a signed sheet by the delivery guy saying that the wardrobe was broken, was: we regret that damage has occurred, but we will not compensate you for this. I hope I have informed you properly.
