A bit soft track, strong wind, hamstring held up well, Achilles a bit stiff, good time, so seeeehhh yes uhh, great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke vereniging. Fijne mensen die zich met liefde inzetten voor onze jeugd. Een hoogtepunt je is natuurlijk de jaarlijkse sport-spellendag met overnachting op het sportveld in echte legertenten.
Nice association. Great people who are committed to our youth with love. A highlight is of course the annual sports games day with overnight stay on the sports field in real army tents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een hele leuke atletiek baan en ik train er graag. Ik kom er minimaal 2 keer in de week en blijf het leuk vinden. Ik vind dat ze alles hebben wat een atliek baan nodig heeft en het is eeen goede indeling. Ze hebben ook een materialen hol waar ze alle mai voor de sporten in bewaren zodat het goed blijft. Ook hebben ze een krachthok waar je kan trainen als het iets minder mooi weer is. Er is natuurlijk ook een kantine waar je lekker kan gaan zitten na een training. Met de wedstrijden zijn er altijd mensen in de keuken die de hapjes en drankjes maken en ze dan verkopen. Je kan dan rustig gaan zitten want er is genoeg plek im de kantine. Hierbij ook nog een paar foto's toegevoegd. :)
A very nice track and field and I like to train there. I come at least 2 times a week and keep enjoying it. I think they have everything an athletic job needs and it's a good layout. They also have a materials hole where they keep all the mai for sports so that it stays good. They also have a powerhouse where you can train when the weather is not so good. There is of course also a canteen where you can sit down after a workout. With the competitions, there are always people in the kitchen making the snacks and drinks and then selling them. You can then sit down because there is enough space in the canteen. Also added a few photos. :)
