★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toen ik eind 2020 dringend woonruimte nodig had, maar dit binnen mijn financiële situatie niet mogelijk leek, kwam ik uit bij Attentas. Nu, ruim anderhalf jaar later, ben ik eigenaar van een huis en heb ik een lopende lening in kunnen lossen. Van het omzetten van een doorlopend krediet, het verkrijgen van een hypotheek, aankoop van een woning, het oversluiten van de hypotheek en het inlossen van de nog lopende persoonlijke lening. Ik had nooit voor mogelijk gehouden, dat dit zou kunnen. Mark Riesewijk en Venessa Patiasina, hebben mij daar zo enorm in bijgestaan met duidelijk en kundig, persoonlijk advies, begeleiding, heldere verwachtingen en mogelijkheden en flexibiliteit op momenten dat ik dat nodig had. Ik kan Attentas zeker aanbevelen!
 When I urgently needed accommodation at the end of 2020, but this did not seem possible within my financial situation, I ended up at Attentas. Now, more than a year and a half later, I own a house and I have been able to repay a current loan. From converting a revolving credit, obtaining a mortgage, purchasing a home, transferring the mortgage and repaying the still current personal loan. I never thought possible that this would be possible. Mark Riesewijk and Venessa Patiasina have assisted me so much with clear and knowledgeable, personal advice, guidance, clear expectations and possibilities and flexibility when I needed it. I can definitely recommend Attentas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via familie getipt om eens contact op te nemen met Attentas voor financieel advies en aankoop begeleiding. Al snel kregen we contact met Mark. Door het hele corona circus vonden de gesprekken telefonisch plaats. Even waren we wat terughoudend omdat het toch vaak wat meer afstand geeft. Maar niks was minder waar. Mark kon ons precies vertellen waar wij aan toe waren en hoe alles in zijn werking zou gaan. Alles verliep spoedig en we konden met al onze vragen terecht. Als starter op de huizenmarkt hadden wij het geluk dat wij onze huidige huurwoning konden over kopen. Hier zijn wij perfect in begeleid door Mark en zijn collega's. Alleen maar lof! Ze hebben ons tot op de laatste stukken geholpen. Nogmaals bedankt voor jullie inzet!

For a moment we were a bit reticent because it often gives a bit more distance. But nothing could be further from the truth. Mark was able to tell us exactly where we stood and how everything would work out. Everything went quickly and we were able to answer all our questions. As a starter on the housing market, we were lucky that we were able to buy our current rental home. We are perfectly guided in this by Mark and his colleagues. Only praise!
