Beslist geen zaak voo iedereen. Wel voor de gevorderde hifi-liefhebber die weet wat hij wil of daarbij geholpen wil worden.
Bellen voor een afspraak is handig. Evenzo uitleg over de route.

First of all they act with more than two names on the web so you as a customer have no Idea who you are having or need to have contact with.
If they bother to answer you they aslo do that from different emails so you also have no idea whom to reply. So send it for them all!!
Here they are as Audio Life, when you receive a package it is as X-Fi and when you order it is furutechwebshop.nl. So how on earth I am supposed to know who am I buing from as the address is everywhere the same.
If you buy from furutechshop.nl be careful - not much is in stock while everything is marked with 'tomorrow in your hands'. And they do not even bother to change the status after you as a client say that 'whoa, your info is not correct'. They simply do not care.
They do not bother contacting you either if they do not have the item and they decide themselves that you will wait until they get it from somewhere else. No matter is if you need the stuff now not after two weeks or more. You have to do everything yourself.
So if you, Audio life, read this review, go to the one that works under other name of yours of furutech and give them a good shake as this is not how you deal with problems. And this way you make sure that I will not come to your physical shop at whatever name you are acting under.
What a shame...
