Best Lunch restaurant in netherlands

J	J Otten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a quiet place to eat and work a bit. Expensive OJ juice. I couldn't find any easily accessible outlets to plugin in my laptop but apparently there are some but hidden above the long couch. A colleague and I tried two times to meet there and have a working meeting but our laptops ran out of batteries while we sat on the tables with chairs.... :-( Perhaps a friendly suggestion to install more outlets to invite more people to eat there and have a working meeting.

The waitress threw an empty plastic bottle that we had on our table back onto it and told us to throw it away ourselves - that’s why we had it on the table in the first place. We were then scolded again for having our water bottles on the table even though we weren’t drinking from them and told that this is against the law in the Netherlands. Good to know, won’t be drinking my own water near restaurants nor coming back here again.

Good and drinks are good, one might expect a little bit more though. Some corner cutting going on. That's fine, but doesn't really fit with what the place tries to be.

While I understand that everyone needs to go home as soon as they can, it's not like we were still eating or drinking during the closing time and only trying to settle the bill. The place was nice and cozy but the whole experience was ruined in the end by a very rude comment by the staff.

However, the quality of high tea is not we expect, totally different from the groupon photo. the chocolate muffins are not better than the ones you can buy from Albert Heijn. You only get sandwiches with yong cheese and goat cheese (See the photo).

You can choose from a vast variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, and variety of sweets, snacks, warms meals, sandwiches and soups. Good place to enjoy a lunch during work break. Situated at walking distance from Central Station, it is easy to reach.
G	Gustav Vang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent café located a few hundred steps from the central station. Freshly pressed juice, croissants. They even have a grab and go kind of fridge for when in a hurry. Nice bikes are welcome inside. They also got good list of beer and wine and even have a pizza oven.. The service is neat, and open from the early morning!
