★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tweeënhalf jaar geleden kwam ik nieuw in Ede wonen en besloot ook maar voor het eerst een elektrische fiets te kopen.
Had zelf al wat voorwerk gedaan, maar da's via een computerscherm.
Auke heeft mij de praktische kant laten zien en zelfs allemaal testritten laten maken, zodat ik echt een passende keuze kon maken.
Omdat ik graag een fietskarretje voor mijn hondje achter de fiets wilde hebben, werd die er direct achter gemonteerd. Helemaal super!
Bij gebrek aan een auto ga ik met mijn fiets naar de 'garage' van Auke en zijn goede en hardwerkende personeel.
Alle problemen en kleine euvels worden goed opgelost en dan ook vaak even tussendoor.Heerlijk!

 Two and a half years ago I came to live in Ede new and decided to buy an electric bicycle for the first time.
Had already done some preliminary work myself, but that's via a computer screen.
Auke showed me the practical side and even had all of them take test drives, so that I could really make a suitable choice.
Because I wanted a bicycle cart for my dog behind the bike, it was mounted directly behind it. Totally great!
Lacking a car, I take my bike to the 'garage' of Auke and his good and hard-working staff.
All problems and small shortcomings are solved well and often in between.
Very happy with Auke.nl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je voor service, kwaliteit en eerlijkheid gaat, dan springen ze er hier met vlag en wimpel er bovenuit. Onlangs is mijn electrische fiets gestolen. Voor mij erg verdrietig het was de fiets van mijn overleden vader. Het liefst had ik deze fiets nog, maar helaas. Gelukkig was hij verzekert. Auke regelde alles en als klap op de vuurpijl mocht ik al een andere fiets uitzoeken alvorens de verzekering had uitgekeerd. Dit noem ik nou eens service. Heel veel dank
If you go for service, quality and honesty, then they stand out here with flying colors. My e-bike was recently stolen. For me very sad it was my deceased father's bike. I would have loved to have had this bike, but alas. Fortunately he was insured. Auke arranged everything and to top it off I was allowed to choose another bike before the insurance had paid out. This is what I call service. Thank you very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auke heeft mijn 'oude' fiets weer voorzien van nieuwe remmen, kabels, tandwielen & ketting. Zéér goed geholpen. Auke legt uit wat hij vervangen heeft -en waarom. Hij zal geen (extra) kosten maken en / of berekenen, wanneer het niet nodig is, of als de fiets het niet meer waard is.
De fiets rijdt weer als NIEUW!
Super-service !
Auke has fitted my 'old' bike with new brakes, cables, sprockets & chain. Very well helped. Auke explains what he replaced - and why. He will not incur and/or charge (extra) costs, if it is not necessary, or if the bicycle is no longer worth it.
The bike rides like NEW again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there they will scam you if they don't find a part for your bike they will take an old part and slap it with your part and later on they will say it is repaired with new part .Advice from me don't go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got scammed from this shop. Waited for almost 7 weeks, to pay 40 euros for a broken part (taken from another bike) that was slapped onto my bike with no further work.
I was also prevented from testing the bike before paying. A place to avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended bicycle shop in Ede. We have been to them twice and both experiences were top class.
The first time we had a bad accident with rims bend, we had to leave it at the station overnight. The auke team was very kind to pick it up themselves and also pay the fees at the shop near the station.
Second time I had some spokes broken, the shops in wageningen were not only expensive but gave a timeline of about 2-3 weeks to fix it, auke did it at a much better price with including a full service and delivered back within 4 days.
In conclusion the service and skills were excellent and also at much better prices, highly recommended shop.
