I would like to reply to the "response from the owner." After contacting this agency initially, it took them 2 days to reach out to me. Then next time I heard from them, it was 15 days later. In the meantime, I was already interviewed by another agency and found a candidate. I have written this review for a while and I almost forgot about it. To be fair, except communication, I did not know anything else about Aupair4all. And this other agency I mentioned above is not ideal either and I had a negative experience with them. So maybe Aupair4all is just a slow responser and the rest of the service would be ok. I have worked with 3 aupair agencies. Compare with what I experience with the other agency I mentioned above, replying emails too slow is really not a terrible problem. I would have deleted this review. But I really do not appreciate to be called fake without any communication. The owner could have replied in a more polite manner. Therefore, no, I will not remove this review, for now.
