Best Mattress store in netherlands

A	Alex Melsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij de aanschaf van een dergelijk kostbaar bed hadden wij betere service verwacht. After sale support is erg traag. Het bed is verder goed. Wel schuiven de twee losse boxsprings erg gemakkelijk uit elkaar. Blijkbaar moet je hiervoor een €25 klem bestellen. Vreemd dat dit niet standaard geleverd wordt bij een bed van €6000. Helaas hebben de monteurs ook terug moeten komen omdat de extra hoge poten niet geleverd waren. Ik zou in de toekomst nog wel een auping kopen, maar niet bij deze winkel. When purchasing such an expensive bed, we expected better service. After sale support is very slow. The bed is also good. However, the two separate box springs slide apart very easily. Apparently you have to order a €25 clamp for this. Strange that this is not supplied as standard with a bed of €6000. Unfortunately, the mechanics also had to come back because the extra high legs were not delivered. I would buy an Auping in the future, but not from this store.

Toen de medewerker in de gaten had dat we serieus waren, veranderde het gedrag. Als ondernemer moet je al je klanten goed behandelen(we zijn niet slecht behandeld), maar ik merkte dat de medewerker een beetje verbaasd was. Ik heb mijn aankoop via internet afgerond. Als ik een warm gevoel had overgehouden had ik zeer zeker terug gekeerd naar de winkel. Dit is een feedback voor de volgende keer. Een klant die goed behandeld wordt zorgt voor meer klanten, vooral in mijn omgeving. Over Auping zelf heb ik niets te zeggen. Auping's beds are of course of a higher quality. You pay for that too. I just didn't feel very welcome. When the employee realized that we were serious, the behavior changed. As an entrepreneur you have to treat all your customers well (we were not treated badly), but I noticed that the employee was a bit surprised. I have completed my purchase online. If I had been left with a warm feeling, I would most certainly have returned to the store. This is a feedback for next time. A customer that is treated well leads to more customers, especially in my area. I have nothing to say about Auping itself.

Daarbij deskundig en plezierig begeleid door de verkoper. Veel vragen kunnen stellen want we waren al eindeloos bezig met het zoeken naar de juiste matras.......Alle tijd werd genomen en met de antwoorden die wij kregen , zijn wij tot een mooie, wel afgewogen keuze matrssen en hoofdkussens gekomen. Wij kunnen niet wachten tot alles geleverd gaat worden. Nogmaals Top service ! This was service as service can and should be. Customer-friendliness at its best. You can try out various mattresses in peace. Professionally and pleasantly guided by the seller. We were able to ask many questions because we were already endlessly looking for the right mattress ....... All time was taken and with the answers we received, we have come to a beautiful, well-considered choice of mattresses and pillows. We can't wait for everything to be delivered. Again top service!

Aardige verkoopsters en mooie, schone en ruime winkel met groot assortiment en veel keuze. Er is parkeergelegenheid is voor de deur (gratis parkeren tot 18.00 uur). De adviseur nam ruim de tijd voor klanten. Ik heb een kleine kamer dus ben gebonden aan specifieke maten en afmetingen. Ik heb een "droom" bed kunnen samenstellen in de kleur die ik mooi vind en kan later het bed "uitbouwen" met tafeltjes, hoofdbord en voetenbord. De verkoopster gaf goed advies en werd vriendelijke geholpen. Voor elk (slaap)probleem wordt een oplossing gezocht door deskundig advies, goede service en de verkopers zijn super klantvriendelijkheid. Daarnaast worden afspraken nagekomen (afspraak=afspraak) wat ik bij veel winkels niet meer tegenkom. Wij komen hier zeker terug. Bought a new bed and frame yesterday. Super excited and even persuaded sister to buy a new bed as well. Nice saleswomen and a nice, clean and spacious store with a large assortment and a lot of choice. Parking is available in front of the door (free parking until 6 pm). The advisor took plenty of time for customers. I have a small room so I am bound to specific sizes and measurements. I was able to put together a "dream" bed in the color I like and can later "expand" the bed with tables, headboard and footboard. The saleswoman gave good advice and was kindly helped. A solution is sought for every (sleeping) problem through expert advice, good service and the sellers are super customer-friendly. In addition, agreements are kept (agreement = agreement) which I no longer encounter at many stores. We will definitely come back here.

Terrible service, uncapable or not interested in explaining different products specs, which would be reasonable for products of 1000+€. Only interested in giving advice if followed by purchase. We went somewhere else and found much better service.

Clean lines, good craftsmanship. Unfortunately the built of our bed is flawed and it has been squeaking loudly from the first month— to the point it is impossible to sleep through the night. The “Head Office” needs to fix this problem and they are absolutely unresponsive. It is very difficult to get any defect corrected. We spent close to €4,000 Euro and the quality by no means matches the price. All effort seems to be placed on the sales and client facing part of the company, without the service and quality to back it up. Unless you are 100 percent sure you absolutely will not have a problem with your bed or mattress, my recommendation is to better look at other options.
