We werden uitstekend geholpen door de zeer klantvriendelijke en deskundige Auping-adviseur. Vooral het proefliggen leverde bij ons nieuwe inzichten op: we ervaarden een groot verschil in het liggen op meerdere matrassen. Ook de kleurenstalen waren een handig hulpmiddel: de kleuren zagen er toch net iets anders uit dan op Internet. Uiteindelijk hebben een bed besteld. We kunnen bijna niet wachten tot ‘ie geleverd wordt! Made an appointment in advance for the purchase of a new bed. Thanks to the Auping website, we were able to do all the necessary preparatory work ourselves at home. We received excellent help from the very customer-friendly and expert Auping advisor. The trial lying in particular provided us with new insights: we experienced a big difference in lying on several mattresses. The color samples were also a handy tool: the colors looked slightly different than on the Internet. Finally ordered a bed. We can hardly wait for it to be delivered!

Bij aflevering kwamen de monteurs op tijd, zetten de spullen netjes in elkaar en gaven uitleg over de bediening. Wij zijn blij. Friendly and expert advice, we felt well helped with the purchase of mattresses and electrically adjustable coils. On delivery, the mechanics arrived on time, put the items together neatly and explained the operation. We are happy.

Auping Essentials zijtafels waren zwaar lakbeschadigd door per ongeluk gebruik van alcoholhoudende schoonmaakdoekje. Alles netjes verpakt via de winkel verzonden naar de Aupingfabriek en alles weer als helemaal nieuw retour. Very friendly and knowledgeable help from Karin. Auping Essentials side tables were heavily damaged by accidental use of an alcohol-containing cleaning cloth. Everything neatly packaged and sent via the store to the Auping factory and everything returned as brand new.
