★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlangs een 'zeer goed onderhouden' auto gekocht bij Auto Louwes. Eén bak ellende; de remmen die alléén maar 'tijdelijk' wat schurende geluiden zouden maken moesten vervangen worden, de bougies tot op de draad versleten én de airco kapot enz. Hun reactie: Nogal Louwes! Bij hun moet je dus voor service ná de aankoop absoluut niet zijn. En ze maken zich er wél erg gemakkelijk vanaf.
Recently bought a 'very well maintained' car at Auto Louwes. One tray trouble; the brakes that would only make some abrasive noises 'temporarily' had to be replaced, the spark plugs worn down to the wire and the air conditioning broken, etc. Their reaction: Rather Louwes! So you should definitely not be with them for service after the purchase. And they make it very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ik Auto louwes een cijfer kon geven, zou het een 6 zijn.
Waarom een 6? Omdat het een oké garage is, maar niet fantastisch.
Het fijne aan deze garage is dat het hele normale mensen zijn, ze helpen je op een fijne manier als je een auto wilt kopen, niet opdringerig etc.
Helaas is met de auto die ik heb gekocht meerdere keren al wat aan de hand geweest in het eerste half jaar sinds ik hem gekocht heb..
Ik ben elke keer netjes geholpen als er iets mee was, maar naar mijn mening was het niet mega klantvriendelijk.
Ondanks dit raad ik deze garage wel aan, want alles bij elkaar is het dus wel oké.
If I could rate Auto Louwes, it would be a 6.
Why a 6? Because it's an okay garage, but not great.
The nice thing about this garage is that they are very normal people, they help you in a nice way if you want to buy a car, not pushy etc.
Unfortunately, the car I bought has had several problems in the first half year since I bought it..
Every time I was helped properly if there was something wrong with it, but in my opinion it was not very customer-friendly.
Despite this, I do recommend this garage, because all in all it's okay.
