A lots of cars but the price it's a little bit higher then normaly.Too much German cars ?.If u decide they will do everything to sell u the car. Garantie is worthless and cost too much.

Very bad service. I would like to warn people not to buy a car here. I visited autoservice Haarlem, i drove all the way from the south of Holland to see a car with my friend. They told my friend to come and see it. Once we arrived, the car was 'sold'. So they told us that there is another car (which was way more expensive). This is their way of doing business to make money. Liars. Guys u cant even try a car because they will tell u that its impossible. Dont buy ur cars here please.

I bought a car (plate number is 55-TRL-3) in this garage (12 May 2016) for almost 32K euros, I bought also "full check service" in the same garage for almost 900 euros, which gave me 3 months of warranty and I was expecting to receive a good car in good condition. But after 1 year of using the car, it stopped on highway and I could not start the engine of the car again. The BMW service in Naarden declared that the engine (+ turbo) of the car must be replaced because of total damage. You can find the report of BMW Naarden in attachment, is says that there were no good maintenance from very first day of using this car. In the service book of the car we've found (BMW service with me) only two records about any maintenance of the car, first one after 3 years of the date of first sell, and the next one right a few days before it was sold to me. Also neither BMW service nor me didn't find any records in the online databases about any maintenance for the car. After that I have called to auto service haarlem and asked them to help me to fix this issue, and they did not want. They said that it is not their problem. When I was buying this car I was fully trusting to these guys that's why I did not check service book, nothing, because they've convinced me that this car is in perfect condition and they will fix all the damages if they will find any (warranty for 3 months, remember?), but apparently they did nothing! So I will never buy the car here again, and advice to everyone here - DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS GARAGE!

About a month ago I visited them with the intention of buying a car, together with my wife we ​​were thinking about buying the Audi A5, because we spoke English the seller first question was where we are from so We said that we are from Poland, he directly changed attitude to us, in response I heard that I have no chance to get a private lease, or maybe maximum for 3, 000€ only! And this despite the fact that I wanted to make my own contribution in the amount of 5-6 thousand € which was more than 30% of the price and I heard also the question like what will the bank do when I disappear with the car, sick! It was a very weak and not professional approach to the customer, I think that in the car dealership the first question should be, what car you are looking for? or similar question, not where you are from, I live in the Netherlands 8 years, 3 years ago I bought a new flat and no one was making a problem that I was Polish, now I am a lucky owner of the Audi A5 Sportback which cost 6 times more than what a salesperson from this car dealer offered me! Congratulations on the approach to the customer! I definitely do not recommend !!!

After reading all those (negative) reviews, I’m wondering if I was just lucky and the others extremely unlucky. ? Nevertheless, I had a great experience, since the moment I made the appointment until I got the car. They managed to arrange everything within one week, including all the paperwork for my old car with Romanian plates. I think the price was fair as well. The new car is amazing, I’m really super happy with it and with their entire service. Super friendly staff, everything was explained clear. Of course, let’s see how the car works on a long term. ? Thank you!

Awful service, found the ad on Marktplaats, Toyota Auris for 13900, in the ad is written that the warranty is included (6month BOVAG without extra price) and a deductible VAT of 2385...after a small chat i contact them to ask about the price and i get told by a really impolite guy that the price is ex VAT and the price of the car is 17900 incl VAT, check and warranty, so i ask to have a bit more clarity cuz all the numbers really don't match. I point out that a VAT of 2385 corresponds to a total of 11357, the guy becomes even more rude and say that he can sell the price for 17900 and that's it...so i ask why he is being rude and that i just wanted to understand a point out that maybe there was a mistake in the ad....then i ask for his name to make a complain to his manager, well he's the manager..to recap, really misleading (if not lying) ad on Marktplaats, and really terrible service...
