★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag zomaar binnengevallen om een nieuwe auto te kopen. Thuis via de site de nodige voorbereidingen getroffen (geweldige site overigens... !). Geholpen door een stagiair, die regelmatig op stap moest om goedkeuring van de baas te krijgen. Leuk toch? Ook de prijsonderhandelingen liepen via de trainee en op de achtergrond z'n baas.
We hebben de handtekwning onder een contract voor een C5 Aircross gezet. Vervolgens de stagiair en z'n coach hartelijk bedankt.
Als het nodig zou zijn, kochten we morgen weer een auto bij Versteeg Buurman ...
Today just invaded to buy a new car. Made the necessary preparations at home via the site (great site by the way ...!). Assisted by an intern, who regularly had to go to get approval from the boss. Nice is not it? Price negotiations also ran through the trainee and his boss in the background.
We have put the signature under a contract for a C5 Aircross. Then the intern and his coach thank you very much.
If it were necessary, we would buy another car at Versteeg Buurman tomorrow ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze ervaring is uitstekend. Als we de auto brengen voor een beurt staat er een vriendelijke meneer klaar. Goede fietsen beschikbaar vinden wij ook een pre.
Als kers op de taart krijg ik altijd een schone auto terug!
Our experience is excellent. When we bring the car for a service, a friendly gentleman is ready. We also think that good bicycles are available.
As icing on the cake, I always get a clean car back!

Wil graag mijn waardering en dankbaarheid uitspreken naar iedereen binnen jullie bedrijf die het mogelijk hebben gemaakt dat mijn C4 Cactus van 2019 naar behoren is gerepareerd en de onderdelen die vervangen moesten worden onder garantie vervangen zijn.
Ben eerder met deze klacht bij de Wassink groep in Velp geweest maar deze was van mening dat het lakschade was en konden en wilden mij niet verder helpen. Het is jammer dat er geen foto’s toegevoegd kunnen worden zodat het probleem beter zichtbaar werd maar het gaat natuurlijk om het eind resultaat en daarbij gaat alle lof naar Versteeg Buurman in Ede.

Would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to everyone in your company who made it possible for my 2019 C4 Cactus to be properly repaired and the parts that needed replacing were replaced under warranty.
I have previously been to the Wassink group in Velp with this complaint, but it was of the opinion that it was paint damage and could not and would not help me. It is a pity that no photos can be added so that the problem became more visible, but of course it is about the end result and all credit goes to Versteeg Buurman in Ede.
