 Arnold and Thijs give you as a customer the time and space, are genuinely interested and give honest advice. Recommended if you don't want talking suits with smooth blah blah stories. Reliable: have been buying my cars here for years. Professional: maintenance is top notch.

β β β β β Heb een tijd geleden hier mijn Toyota Yaris Hybride gekocht. Zeer tevreden over de ontvangst en hulp. Waar ik het meest over te spreken ben is de nazorg. Bij terugkomst voor een storing van het voertuig ben ik zeer goed geholpen en er werd goed meegedacht. Bij Auto Nol zijn ze bereid tot het uiterste te gaan om te helpen. Top service !
Bought my Toyota Yaris Hybrid here a while ago. Very satisfied with the reception and help. What I am most pleased with is the aftercare. When I returned for a breakdown of the vehicle, I was very well helped and they thought along well. At Auto Nol they are willing to go the extra mile to help. Top service!

β β β β β Wat een schandalig bedrijf, kopen een auto voor 2000 euro. Binnen een week kan ik hem terug brengen en laten maken voor 600,-! Terwijl bij aanschaf er niks mis mee was. Zelfs met nieuwe APK en kleine beurt konden we na een week terug. Pascal deze rooie oplichter is vroeger te veel gepest koop geen auto bij hem. Groeten
What a scandalous company, buy a car for 2000 euros. Within a week I can bring it back and have it made for 600,-! While there was nothing wrong with it when purchased. Even with a new MOT and minor service, we could return after a week. Pascal this red swindler used to be bullied too much don't buy a car from him. regards

β β β β β Zeer net bedrijf, vakkundig, ik werd prima geholpen door Pascal met een lekker kopje koffie
Niks is te veel, goede inruil prijs gekregen en ook waren we overeen gekomen dat we ieder een band zouden betalen want er waren er twee slecht, maar later kreeg ik een telefoontje
Dat ze maar besloten hadden om er geen twee maar vier nieuwe banden erop te leggen kostenloos
Dit is service
Staat een mooi wagenpark in de showroom
Ik heb heel wat auto, 's gehad de laatste jaren maar dit bedrijf is echt een aanrader
De volgende keer ga ik zeker nog terug

Nothing is too much, got a good trade-in price and we also agreed that we would each pay for a tire because two were bad, but later I got a call
That they had decided not to put two but four new tires on it for free

Is there a nice fleet in the showroom
I've had a lot of cars in recent years but this company is really recommended

β β β β β I bought an Audi A6, with 3 month guarantee. Car started leaking oil badly, so I went back and they cleaned it and said it was just old oil. After taking the car for a technical inspection at an Audi specialist I was told that the front crank seal was leaking and need to be repaired, I forwarded this info to Auto Nol and was told that the 3 guarantee that I paid for only covered moving parts of the engine and not the oil seal of the crank. Furthermore the front light needed to be repaired and they promised to call for that but never did as this was part of the sales agreement. Also they fake repaired the windscreen, as the first rain storm all the filling just washed out and the big chip was back to the way it looked. These people are terrible and the car has cost thousands of euros to repair. Stay way from these people because all they do is sell problem cars and then run away when there are problems. I do not recommend these people, all they want is your money

β β β β β TL;DR: not fulfilling the contract; lowest trade-in prices on a market.
I bought a Toyota Auris from them, and it didn't have a parcel shelf (hoedenplank), so AutoNol promised that they would buy one.
When I took the car they said that the shelf is on the way from the shop and they will send it to my address by post. Of course, they didn't and later they were just ignoring the messages. Well, they offered to pay up to 150 EUR if I find it myself, but the new one costs 650 Eur.
This was directly stated in the contract, still they just ignore the written contract.
Second, they had the lowest trade in prices on the market, 10-14% lower than in other companies.
On the positive note, they had a very skilled mechanic who managed to fix the problem with a pedal. But first I had to force their sales that the problem exists and come one more time to their location to fix it which cost me half of a working day.
