Aardige mensen en altijd in voor een bak koffie en een praatje. En het allerbelangrijkste, een stuk goedkoper dan bij een garage die je gewoon oplichten. Super service and very well helped !! If there is anything, you just look for a suitable solution. Nice people and always in for a cup of coffee and a chat. And most importantly, a lot cheaper than with a garage that you just light up.

Helemaal top... ik kwam voor een audi en ging weg met een golf auto was ontzettend goed onderhouden en kreeg een onwijs goede service niks is te duur en alles klopt... ik kreeg nog eens knap geld voor mijn oude auto! Overal geweest en hier kreeg ik gewoon wat ik zou willen ze waren vrij flexibel... ongelooflijk blij met ze! Ik weet niet of jullie dit lezen maar nogmaals heren super bedankt! Een fijne en prettige sfeer een hollandse bedrijf wat je bijna al niet meer ziet! Super, super, super service really! Absolutely top ... I came for an audi and left with a golf car was very well maintained and received an unbelievably good service nothing is too expensive and everything is right ... I got good money for my old car! Been everywhere and here I just got what I wish they were quite flexible ... incredibly happy with them! I don't know if you are reading this but thank you again gentlemen! A nice and pleasant atmosphere a Dutch company that you hardly see anymore!
L	Leonie Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In de 1e instantie super vriendelijke mensen en we hebben daar een leuke auto kunnen kopen, hier zou niks aan mankeren en alles zou het doen..... 2 maand later hebben we de airconditioning bij laten vullen bij een ander bedrijf (we wonen niet in de buurt) radiator was lek, maar dat was niet erg dachten we dus hebben we maar laten maken. Totdat we bericht kregen dat alles kapot was! Radiator, Compressor EN condensator, maarja auto was al uit elkaar dus hebben we laten maken. Autobedrijf helderman opgebeld omdat we 3 maandjes "garantie" hadden en in de 1e instantie leken ze toch heel behulpzaam en zouden ze de onderdelen betalen. Maar wanneer je na een paar dagen niks hoort en weer contact op wil nemen lijken ze opeens van niks te weten!!! Nee je moet maar terug bellen.... en dan opeens niet meer opnemen!!!! Harstikke slecht Natuurlijk!!!! Ik zou dit bedrijf absoluut niet aanbevelen bij anderen vanwege de slechte service en beloftes die ze niet nakomen... In the 1st instance super friendly people and we were able to buy a nice car there, nothing would be wrong with it and everything would work..... 2 months later we had the air conditioning refilled at another company (we don't live in the area) radiator was leaking, but that was not a problem, we thought so we had it repaired. Until we got a message that everything was broken! Radiator, Compressor AND condenser, but the car was already taken apart so we had it repaired. Called car company Helderman because we had 3 months "guarantee" and in the 1st instance they seemed very helpful and they would pay for the parts. But when you don't hear anything after a few days and want to contact them again, they suddenly seem to know nothing!!! No you just have to call back.... and then suddenly don't answer anymore!!!! Very bad of course!!!! I would definitely not recommend this company to others because of the poor service and promises they don't keep...
S	Silvano Venerius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We werden netjes ontvangen door vriendelijke mensen en werd gelijk een kopje koffie of thee aangeboden. Auto zag er in het echt ook zo uit zoals op de foto's. We were received nicely by friendly people and were immediately offered a cup of coffee or tea. Car looked like the pictures in real life.

I bought a Renault for export by platform money transfer by bank,very friendly at phone,but when I received the car I saw they lie very much with the car,windshield broken,engine full of oil(i never saw a car like this),engine make a lot of black smoke,no power,klima don t work...no words...BIG LIARS !
