Geen dure reparatie, alle stekkers zijn gecontroleerd en het probleem opgelost. Kertboom on the dashboard. Every light that could burn was blinking. Excellent help by car company Oude Luttikhuis. No expensive repairs, all plugs have been checked and the problem solved.
A	Aaron Verhoeven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben hier laatst een auto gekocht zonder garantie (wel heeft de auto onlangs nog een beurtje gehad en is nagekeken door Autobedrijf Oude Luttikhuis wordt ons vertelt, dit is ook in het onderhoudsboekje afgestempeld) Garantie hebben we het niet over gehad, aangezien we ruim 300km verder woonde, en de auto prima reed tijdens de proefrit. Echter kort na aankoop hoor ik een ratelend geluid zodra de motor wordt uitgezet. Hiermee ben ik naar de garage hier in de buurt gegaan. Daar is de auto op de brug gegaan, en wordt de bodemplaat losgeschroefd. Tot onze grote verbazing verschijnt er hier een stuk aluminiumfolie half om een pompje gewikkeld. Dit is naar onze mening gedaan om het ratelende geluid te verdoezelen, en is inmiddels gedeeltelijk los gekomen. Het blijkt om de extra/elektrische waterpomp te gaan (welke +/- 230 euro koste!!). Hierop heb ik de verkoper gebeld, om te vragen hoe dit kan en hoe we dit kunnen oplossen. Deze geeft aan hier niks vanaf te weten, en ook niks voor ons te kunnen betekenen aangezien we de auto hebben gekocht zonder garantie. Hoe en/of wie het aluminiumfolie rond de pomp heeft gewikkeld laat ik verder in het midden. Feit blijft dat iemand dit heeft willen verdoezelen. Naar mijn mening is dit iets wat zeker zou opvallen als de auto wordt nagekeken en bv wanneer de olie wordt ververst. Erg jammer dat dit bedrijf hier niet in tegemoet wil komen, want onze eerste indruk van het bedrijf was goed, en we hebben een aangenaam gesprek gehad bij het bezichtigen van de auto. We kunnen dan helaas ook niet anders dan laten weten dat we geen prettige ervaring met dit bedrijf hebben. De kosten voor reparatie zijn voor onze eigen rekening.. There the car went onto the bridge and the bottom plate is unscrewed. To our great surprise, a piece of aluminum foil appears here half wrapped around a pump. In our opinion, this was done to cover up the rattling sound, and has since partially come off. It turns out to be the extra / electric water pump (which cost +/- 230 euros !!). I called the seller to ask how this can be done and how we can solve this. He says that he knows nothing about this, and that he cannot do anything for us since we bought the car without a warranty. How and / or who wrapped the aluminum foil around the pump I will leave in the middle. The fact remains that someone wanted to cover this up. In my opinion this is something that would certainly stand out when the car is checked and, for example, when the oil is changed. It is a pity that this company does not want to accommodate this, because our first impression of the company was good, and we had a pleasant conversation when viewing the car. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to let you know that we do not have a pleasant experience with this company. The costs for repair are at our own expense.
