Het begint eigenlijk bij de aankoop van de auto, Er wordt namelijk geen reservesleutel meegeleverd. Daarnaast werd er ook veel te veel geld gevraagd voor de auto. Daarna kreeg ik meerdere malen pech met de auto, wat resulteerde in een vaste telefoonverbinding met de ANWB Wegenwacht. Dan startte de auto niet, dan was er iets mis met de accu en tot overmaat van ramp moest ik de ANWB bellen omdat mijn achterwiel in brand stond. Een hele onveilige situatie! Dit zou daarna gemaakt worden door het bedrijf, wat op dat moment nette service leek. Nu start de auto helemaal niet meer. Ook de ANWB kreeg de auto niet aan de praat. Er blijkt in totaal €500 aan reparatiekosten nodig te zijn om de auto aan de praat te krijgen, en om 'm dan pas door de APK te krijgen. De reparaties die dit bedrijf de vorige keer na de brand bij mij achterwiel zou hebben uitgevoerd, blijken niet te zijn uitgevoerd. En dat alles met een auto die ik nog geen jaar geleden heb. The repairs that this company would have carried out on my rear wheel the last time after the fire, turned out not to have been carried out. And all with a car that I had less than a year ago.
