★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg jammer als je een half uurtje voor het sluiten van het bedrijf belt dat je wil komen proefrijden bij een auto en erbij vermeldt dat je anderhalf uur enkele reis moet rijden hiervoor, en vervolgens de volgende dag als je bij het bedrijf aankomt te horen krijgt dat de auto al verkocht was op het moment dat je belde... Heel erg klantonvriendelijk.
Very unfortunate if you call half an hour before the company closes that you want to test drive a car and mention that you have to drive an hour and a half one way for this, and then the next day when you arrive at the company you will be informed that the car was already sold when you called ... Very customer unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All round garage. Eigenaar Diederik is veel aanwezig als aanspreekpunt. Zijn werkplaats word gerund door hemzelf als hoofdmonteur en enkele jonge leerlingmonteurs die het vak van hem en school te leren krijgen. Er is ruimte voor service en dat is fijn dat je niet voor ieder dingetje je portemonnee hoeft te trekken.
Tot nu toe wel enkele grote reparaties gehad, maar deze zijn prima opgelost, en hoewel de reparatie duur was, zou het redelijk in prijs zijn. Zijn werkplaatstarief verschilt niet veel van de grote, alleen weet ik wel dat er geen dingen gebeuren die niet nodig zijn. Zolang ik dat vertrouwen heb, blijf ik gaan van Rehorst. Want zoals de meeste ben ik afhankelijk van een garage en dat weten ze ook uit te melken sommige, dus blijf ik het vertrouwen beproeven en dat mag ook wel van Rehorst.
All round garage. Owner Diederik is often present as a point of contact. His workshop is run by himself as chief mechanic and some young apprentice mechanics who learn the trade from him and from school. There is room for service and it is nice that you do not have to pull out your wallet for every thing.
Have had some major repairs so far but these have been resolved fine, and while the repair was expensive it would be reasonable in price. His workshop rate is not much different from the big one, only I know that things don't happen that aren't necessary. As long as I have that confidence, I will keep going from Rehorst. Because like most I am dependent on a garage and they know how to milk some of them, so I keep trying to trust and Rehorst is allowed to do that.
