Ik rij al een Renault en de service is uitmuntend, zelfs als er na een defect op vakantie geen enkele dealer in het buitenland tijd heeft, hebben zij alles gefikst binnen 24 uur na repatriëring van de auto! Vriendelijke, kundige en hulpvaardige servicemedewerkers.
Very sympathetic seller (Gertjan) honest story and very satisfied with the car for the price we pay. I already drive a Renault and the service is excellent, even if after a breakdown on holiday no dealer has time abroad, they fixed everything within 24 hours of repatriation of the car! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service staff.

Helaas waren meerdere aan vervanging toe en dit werd netjes overlegd en er werd gelijk een vervangende auto geregeld. Zo kon ik toch mijn afspraken nakomen voor die dag.
The car needed MOT and maintenance.
Unfortunately, several were due for replacement and this was neatly discussed and a replacement car was immediately arranged. That way I was still able to keep my appointments for that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renault should be proud to have Gertjan in their family. Hard-working person with great knowledge of the procedures and the cars he sells. We've been to several dealerships but ended up buying from Renault. Worth every penny also for the after-sales care, plus Gertjan gained our trust 100% by listening to our needs and advising the best possible option we could go for. Today he invited us for the new Captuur and again, even being busy, he was multitasking between helping us and welcoming new (possible) buyers. Well-done and definitely recommend!
