★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absoluut niet klant vriendelijk. Een vrijblijvende testrit om te kijken wat je van een model auto vond is absoluut niet mogelijk. Er word direct geroepen dat er betaald moet worden, rond uit apart en onbeleefd.
Definitely not customer friendly. A no-obligation test drive to see what you thought of a model car is absolutely not possible. It is immediately said that payment has to be made, outright and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In de ochtend gebeld dat we een auto wilden bekijken maar ivm bezichtigen andere auto's en de lange reisafstand (160km) we niet exact konden aangeven hoe laat we zouden arriveren. Ik zou rond middag nogmaals bellen om een exacter tijdstip door te geven. Dat belletje waren we echter vergeten. Bij aankomst/binnenkomst kon er dan ook nog geen "hallo" vanaf. In plaats van "hallo of welkom" kwam er niet meer uit dan een nors "je zou eerst bellen". Vervolgens was de man totaal ongeïnteresseerd. "Daar staat de auto".. en dat was het. De betreffende auto zag er keurig uit maar een dergelijke desinteresse en onvriendelijk gedrag ga ik niet belonen. Nog niet eens de moeite te nemen waar onze interesse naar uit gaatn. Een youngtimer aanschaffen behoort een leuke ervaring te zijn maar door zijn totale desinteresse in ons als aspirant koper hebben we niet eens de moeite genomen om ons verder in de betreffende auto te verdiepen, laat staan bij hem aan te schaffen.
Called in the morning that we wanted to view a car, but due to seeing other cars and the long travel distance (160km) we could not indicate exactly what time we would arrive. I would call again around noon to give a more exact time. However, we had forgotten that bell. On arrival / entry there was therefore no "hello" from. Instead of "hello or welcome", all that came out was a surly "you should call first". Then the man was completely disinterested. "There is the car" ... and that was it. The car in question looked neat, but I will not reward such disinterest and unfriendly behavior. Not even bothering what our interest is. Buying a young timer should be a nice experience, but due to his total disinterest in us as a prospective buyer, we have not even bothered to study the car in question, let alone buy it from him.
