M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portier aangekocht nadat we bij een ander demontagebedrijf waren benadeeld. Medewerker gaf een nette prijs en werd snel geleverd. Bought a porter after we were disadvantaged by another dismantling company. Employee gave a fair price and was delivered quickly.

C	Clemens Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dramatische service, prijzen die per dag en per gesprek veranderen, afspraken die niet nagekomen worden, terugbetaling die incompleet is, leveringen die niet op tijd zijn, etcetera etcetera. Ik heb vandaag zelfs aangifte moeten doen tegen dit bedrijf daar zij weigeren mij correct terug te betalen. Ik zou NIEMAND dit bedrijf aanraden. Update na politie onderzoek. Dramatic service, prices that change per day and per call, agreements that are not kept, refund that is incomplete, deliveries that are not on time, etcetera etcetera. I even had to file a complaint against this company today as they refuse to refund me correctly. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. Update after police investigation.

Hier werken vriendelijke mensen die verstand hebben van hun vak en ook nog eens goede service leveren. After I placed a wrong order, they helped to find a good solution. Friendly people work here who know their trade and also provide good service.

Qua prijs scheelde het toch wel (positief!) t.o.v. andere demontagebedrijven. De verzendsnelheid is helemaal top. Wat mij betreft mijn vaste leverancier als ik weer wat nodg heb. :-) Aanpassing: gasdempers zijn na een week stuk. Via mail gevraagd of ik garantie heb. Taal noch teken. jammer, het begon zeer goed. Both gas dampers for the tailgate of a V70 and an outside mirror for a 2005 Fiesta ordered. In terms of price, it was (positive!) compared to other dismantling companies. The shipping speed is absolutely top notch. As far as I'm concerned, my regular supplier when I need something again. :-) Adjustment: gas dampers are broken after a week. Asked via email if I have warranty. Neither language nor sign. too bad, it started very well.

Daarna was het een week doodstil. 6 dagen later maar een mailtje gestuurd met de vraag wat de status van de bestelling is. Geen reactie. Vervolgens 4 dagen later nog een mailtje en toen werd mij medegedeeld dat het bedrag 1 dag na mijn bestelling al weer was teruggestort. Met andere woorden, ze hebben direct de bestelling (zonder duidelijke reden?) geannuleerd zonder mij op de hoogte te stellen. Heb dus meer dan een week voor niks zitten wachten door dit bedrijf terwijl ik met een kapotte auto zat. Geen aanrader om hier iets te bestellen. Trage and waardeloze communicatie. Reageren op een review kan blijkbaar binnen een dag, terwijl reageren op een belangrijke vraag erg lastig blijkt. Ook jammer dat er wordt gelogen over het hebben verstuurd van een credit. Niets ontvangen, zowel inbox als spam niets. Vreemde manier van omgaan met je klanten. Ordered a wheel hub for a Renault Clio. Then it was dead quiet for a week. 6 days later sent an email asking what the status of the order is. No reaction. Then 4 days later another email and then I was informed that the amount had already been refunded 1 day after my order. In other words, they immediately canceled the order (for no apparent reason?) without notifying me. So I have been waiting for nothing for more than a week by this company while I was sitting with a broken car. Not recommended to order anything here. Slow and crappy communication. Apparently responding to a review can be done within a day, while responding to an important question turns out to be very difficult. Also a pity that people lie about having sent a credit. Received nothing, both inbox and spam nothing. Strange way of dealing with your customers.
T	Thomas Frena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention: serious commercial fraud. do yourself a favour and don't believe their stories. selling untested and not working engines, promising you the world, and keep nothing. when you send them the engine back - you will never hear again from them - no money refund no nothing.. would not expect this from a dutch company. funny episode: called them the 10th time, talked to them normally - when I informed them that a lawyer is sitting against me, they startet the "hello, hello ... we don't here you, hello" thing like 14 years old teenagers. this "company" is a case for the dutch police. ****************************** regarding his answer: simply the next lie.. the engine was returned exactly in the same condition than delivered from them - this was already confirmed from their side and is fully documented. he brings up this version of the story for the first time.. big respect for somebody able to sleep peacefully with the knowledge being a fraudster

The shipment through DHL (regular) went to the local post office, and the shipment took a little more than expected, but overall the item arrived and is as described. Overall the service was very good and will surely try it again if I need anything.
