Ik heb dit gemeld bij het bedrijf en vroeg hen om een terugbetaling. Tegen alle verwachtingen in werden niet alleen onmiddellijk de as, maar ook de verzendingskosten vergoed. Hartelijk bedankt voor deze topservice! Had ordered a second-hand rear axle for Citroën Xsara online from this company, but after mounting it turned out to have the same defect as the previous axle and it was rejected by the vehicle inspection. I reported this to the company and asked them for a refund. Against all expectations, not only were the ashes immediately reimbursed, but also the shipping costs.
