★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb gisteren een Volkswagen Jetta gekocht bij dit bedrijf. Zeer vriendelijke mannen. En zeer goede service. De Jetta gefinancieerd via hun. Ook daarbij werd alles duidelijk uitgelegd. Omdat dit mijn eerste keer was dat ik een auto financieerde werden al mijn vragen via de mail en telefonisch snel beantwoord.
Topverkoper die Michiel! Ik belde hem de dag zelf zovaak dat hij vast gek van me werd hahaha. Uiteindelijk aangekomen om de auto op te halen kwam hij lachend naar me toe. "Jij kon echt niet wachten he" daaropeenvolgend een lach. Haha.
De auto zelf nu een dag mee gereden. En heb totaal geen spijt. Bij het ophalen was de auto ook goed gepoetst. Minimale krasjes die erop zaten waren bijna niet meer te zien. (Weet alleen niet hoe die meneer heet die dat had gefixd).
Mocht ik ooit weer een auto aanschaffen, zal ik hier zeker weer een kopen. Dan maar iets verder rijden, maar wetende dat het goed is.
 Bought a Volkswagen Jetta from this company yesterday. Very friendly men. And very good service. The Jetta financed through them. Everything was also clearly explained. Because this was my first time financing a car, all my questions via email and telephone were answered quickly.
Top seller that Michael! I called him the day itself so many times that he probably drove me crazy hahaha. Finally arrived to pick up the car he came to me smiling. "You really couldn't wait huh" followed by a laugh. haha.
The car itself has been driven for a day now. And have no regrets at all. The car was also well cleaned when picked up. Minimal scratches that were on it were almost invisible. (Just don't know the name of that gentleman who fixed that).
If I ever buy a car again, I will definitely buy here again. Then just drive a little further, but know that it is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In augustus een Mini gekocht! Toen wij binnen kwamen was er gelijk een fijne sfeer! De verkoper (volgens mij Daniel) kon ons de betreffende informatie geven, maar was niet opdringerig. Na de testrit kwam ook de eigenaar erbij. Ook hij was erg vriendelijk en niet opdringerig! Ik kocht de auto!
In maart deed mijn airco het niet meer. Ik belde de garage en kon hem dezelfde week nog brengen. Na een halfuurtje wachten bleek dat mijn airco te weinig water had. Zij hebben deze gelijk bijgevuld. Dit viel onder de BOVAG garantie.
Één maand later deed mijn airco het weer niet. Ik belde de garage en we plande een nieuwe afspraak in. De monteur gaf wel aan dat mijn BOVAG garantie was afgelopen, maar dat er waarschijnlijk een lek zat in mijn airco en dat dat in maart al het geval was. Hij kon geen toezeggingen geven qua kosten, want (begrijpelijk) hij was niet de eigenaar.
Ik heb mijn auto afgeleverd en naar enkele uren belde zij mij gelijk al dat er waarschijnlijk een lek zat en dat ze dit konden maken onder '' coulance''. Met daarbij de vraag of ze mijn auto konden houden!
Uiteindelijk hebben ze alles gemaakt zonder dat ik daar iets aan heb moeten betalen en mijn airco doet het weer perfect!
en dit allemaal buiten de BOVAG garantie. Zij hebben alles gedaan uit '' coulance''.
Kortom een hele fijne garage die je niet belazert! Zeer klantvriendelijk!
Voor mijn volgende auto ga ik zeker terug naar AutoFirst Vreeken!
Bought a Mini in August! When we entered there was a nice atmosphere right away! The seller (I think Daniel) was able to give us the relevant information, but was not pushy. After the test drive, the owner also joined. He was also very friendly and unobtrusive! I bought the car!
In March my air conditioning stopped working. I called the garage and was able to bring it the same week. After half an hour of waiting it turned out that my air conditioning had too little water. They topped it up right away. This was covered by the BOVAG guarantee.
One month later my air conditioning did not work again. I called the garage and we scheduled a new appointment. The mechanic did indicate that my BOVAG warranty had expired, but that there was probably a leak in my air conditioning and that this was already the case in March. He could not make any commitments in terms of costs, because (understandably) he was not the owner.
I delivered my car and after a few hours she called me right away that there was probably a leak and that they could fix this under '' leniency ''. With the question if they could keep my car!
In the end they made everything without me having to pay anything for it and my air conditioning works perfectly again!
and all this outside the BOVAG warranty. They have done everything out of 'leniency'.
In short, a very nice garage that you do not cheat! Very customer-friendly!
For my next car I will definitely go back to AutoFirst Vreeken!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na wat mindere ervaringen bij een andere garage (konden aantal problemen niet verhelpen) bij Vreeken uit gekomen voor de servicebeurt(en) en reparaties van beide Ford Fiesta's.
Totaal geen spijt van! Eerlijk en betrouwbaar: je hebt echt het gevoel dat je auto in goede handen is. Aanrader dus!
After some lesser experiences at another garage (could not solve some problems) at Vreeken came out for the service (s) and repairs of both Ford Fiesta's.
No regrets at all! Honest and reliable: you really feel that your car is in good hands. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having very bad experience about this company, not professional and they can not diagnosis the problem well, they just say this problem is probablly because of this, this, we can replace to have a try, but they dont care about if it works or not, they just care about your money. they will say during their test drive it is good, but when you seat in, you find the problem is still there, and when you find the problem is still there, they say during our test it is OK!
if you want to test again it takes time and money, you need to pay for that. why they dont diagnosis this clear at the very first time and waste my time and money to replace something which is maybe not helpful?
They think their time is expensive and they don't think they didn't help solve the problem.
Dont give your car to them for maintance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After buying a car for a few months ago from them, the right side mirror just fell out of the housing. appereantly this is not under warranty. the replacement part would take them 6 to 10 weeks to order, so they suggested me to look online. they offered to put the replacement mirror glass in as soon as it arrives. Now that is good service.
