Schlimmer noch, es wurde nach mehreren Tagen angefragt bei dem in Zahlung gegebenen Fahrzeug einen vorher nicht vorhandenen Schaden über meine Versicherung abzuwickeln. Alles in einem ein mieser Kundenservice. Have bought a Neufahrezug at this dealer. A complaint to the car is still unprocessed after 2 months. Worse, it was asked after several days in the vehicle given in payment to handle a previously non-existent damage on my insurance. All in one a lousy customer service.

Der Verkaufsberater Herr Mott und sein Team haben alles mögliche getan um die Verkaufsabwicklung so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, da uns immerhin 320km trennten. Von der Ablösesumme bei der Bank (Fzg. war noch in der Finanzierung) bis zur Abholung durch einen Transporteur lief alles reibungslos. Der Kontakt per Telefon oder E-Mail verlief immer reibungslos. Alle Schritte wurden verständlich und ausführlich mit mir besprochen. Ich habe mich wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank Herr Mott, von mir 5 Sterne für Ihre Serviceleistung. I can only say positive things about the Ehme car dealership. I had advertised my vehicle online. The Ehme dealership made me an acceptable offer for my vehicle. The sales consultant Mr. Mott and his team did everything possible to make the sales process as pleasant as possible, as we were at least 320km apart. From the transfer fee at the bank (vehicle was still being financed) to collection by a carrier, everything went smoothly. Contact by phone or email was always smooth. All the steps were discussed with me in an understandable and detailed manner. I felt really well taken care of. Thank you Mr. Mott, I gave you 5 stars for your service.
