β β β β β Absolute waste of time. Called before arriving with an interest in buying a used car. Travelled 1.5 hours only to be told by the salesman that before we could test drive the car we first had to agree to buy it at it's listed price. No room for negotiation at all. If I could give it less stars I would.

β β β β β We recently bought our car from this gallery. They told us they checked all cars when they arrived. When we wanted to do a test drive, our drive was interrupted because the car gave a low tire pressure warning. The technical team took the car and gave it back to us saying that they repaired it. We thought that the tire was deflated because it was not used in the gallery for a long time. 1 day after purchasing the car, the tire was completely flat. When we took it to the mechanic, they said that there was a screw in the tire of the car and that it was filled from the inside as a temporary solution, so tire repair is no longer possible. We had to buy new tires. While the gallery told us they were selling a problem-free car, they actually sold a problematic car that they had covered. Apart from that, the car was very dirty and had a crack in the windshield. They didn't explain us all the problems in the car with honesty. The reason we bought it from a gallery was to buy a well-maintained and trouble-free car, but this experience disappointed us.

β β β β β Never had such a good experience with a car dealership and repair shop. I traded in my old car for one in their showroom and Iβm absolutely happy with this. Throughout the sale the sales employee were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. They came thru with all the promises they made. After a 3 months there were things that needed to be replaced and they did so for free (under Bovag guarantee) with out asking any questions! By far the best dealership I have bought a car from!
