Super fijn! Een leenauto meegekregen en daarvan alles zo goed uitgelegd. Top en dat op een zondagavond. Stranded with car trouble. The ANWB called and then Ben Heiltjes came to pick up the stranded car. He reassured us enormously, also because of my autism. Super nice! Got a loaner car and everything explained so well. Great and that on a Sunday evening.

Was snel geregeld, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Stelden mijn zus en mij gerust omdat de honden tijdens het slepen alleen in de auto moesten blijven. Toen een hele goede huurauto gekregen die al heerlijk was voorverwarmt. En men hielp ook met alle bagage overzetten. Hele goede service. TOP On the way back from the winter sport we got bad luck. This could not be remedied. There must have been a towing car. Was quickly arranged, friendly and helpful. My sister and I reassured because the dogs had to stay in the car while towing. Then got a very good car that was already deliciously preheats. And they also helped with transferring all luggage. Very good service. TOP
J	Jacques de Gouw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netjes en goed ontvangen door 2 dames, de jongste dame heeft rustig naar mijn pech geval geluisterd, notities gemaakt en later via de computer tablet laten ondertekenen voor de goedgekeurde ingeleverde huurauto. Neat and well received by 2 ladies, the youngest lady quietly listened to my bad luck, made notes and later had it signed via the computer tablet for the approved returned rental car.

Netjes geborgen en een leenauto gekregen. Deze heb ik vandaag ingeleverd bij Ben Heiltjes. Dit was allemaal prima geregeld. Ik was echter met mijn 3 jarige zoon + kinderstoel daar aangekomen. Ik kan mijn kind namelijk niet achter het behang plakken. Er wordt door de dame aan iemand gevraagd of ze ons naar huis mocht brengen (ipv een half uur wandelen), maar dat mocht niet. Ze brachten niemand naar huis. Ik was er op voorbereid en had de loopfiets achter in de auto liggen, maar had gehoopt op een menselijke oplossing, maar niet bij Ben Heiltjes. Daar sta je gewoon op straat met een kleine kind en een kinderstoel op je nek. Ik heb over de diensten niets te klagen, maar over een stukje inlevingsvermogen kan ik zeggen dat het in zijn geheel ontbreekt. Someone else completely lost my car in the middle of the night while it was parked during a visit elsewhere in the country. Neatly salvaged and got a loan car. I handed this in to Ben Heiltjes today. This was all well arranged. However, I had arrived there with my 3 year old son + high chair. I can't stick my child behind the wallpaper. The lady asks someone if she could take us home (instead of walking for half an hour), but that was not allowed. They didn't bring anyone home. I was prepared for it and had the balance bike in the back of the car, but had hoped for a human solution, but not with Ben Heiltjes. There you are just standing on the street with a small child and a high chair on your neck. I have nothing to complain about the services, but about a piece of empathy I can say that it is completely lacking.
