★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 maanden bezig een BTW factuur te verkrijgen voor een aankoop die ik via Bol.com heb gedaan bij Automat , via bol.com krijg ik gewoon te horen dat Automat niet mee wil werken om de BTW factuur te regelen en bij Automat ben ik na vele e-mails ook niets wijzer geworden , telefonisch zijn ze in zijn geheel niet te bereiken ! In Nederland zijn bedrijven verplicht een BTW factuur te leveren maar blijkbaar hebben ze daar bij Automat geen boodschap aan , uiteraard ga ik hier verdere stappen mee nemen en zal ook eens bij de belastingdienst gaan vragen waarom automat of Bol.com dat blijkbaar niet hoeft ! Zowel Automat en Bol.com waar ik de bestelling heb geplaatst verdienen van mij een koude douche !
 3 months busy obtaining a VAT invoice for a purchase I made via Bol.com at Automat, via bol.com I just get to hear that Automat does not want to cooperate to arrange the VAT invoice and at Automat I am after many e-mails have not become any wiser either, they cannot be reached at all by telephone! In the Netherlands, companies are obliged to provide a VAT invoice, but apparently they do not care about this at Automat, of course I will take further steps with this and will also ask the tax authorities why automat or Bol.com apparently does not have to! Both Automat and Bol.com where I placed the order deserve a cold shower from me!
