★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dit bedrijf gisteren telefonisch gesproken vanwege een computerprobleem bij een gezamenlijke klant. Totaal niet behulpzaam. Zes keer gebeld met de belofte spoedig terug gebeld te worden. Dat gebeurde niet.
Uiteindelijk belde de directeur (Pie?) terug. Ik krijg direct de wind van voren met vragen als "Wie ik dan wel niet was" en "wat ik te maken had met de klant in kwestie". Ik gaf aan wat mijn rol was waarop degenererend gereageerd werd met de tekst "jij legt kabels". Ik probeerde Amits ervan te overtuigen dat zij 3 jaar geleden iets hebben geleverd waar ik graag support op zou willen hebben. Ik kan dat wel vergeten.
Dit bedrijf heeft totaal geen idee wat er speelt bij zijn klant. Apparatuur dat door Amits is geleverd hebben ze geen weet van. Tenzij je geld gaat uitgeven want dan gaan er lichtjes branden en kunnen ze nieuwe apparatuur voorzien van de juiste instellingen. Vreemd.
Komt bij; dat wanneer je iemand voor het eerst telefonisch spreekt er wel iets van fatsoen in mag zitten.
 This company spoke by telephone yesterday because of a computer problem with a joint customer. Totally not helpful. Called six times with the promise to be called back soon. That didn't happen.
Finally the director (Pie?) Called back. I immediately get the wind ahead with questions such as "Who I was not" and "what I had to do with the customer in question". I indicated what my role was, which received a degenerative reaction with the text "you lay cables". I tried to convince Amits that 3 years ago they delivered something that I would like to have support for. I can forget that.
This company has absolutely no idea what is going on with its customer. They have no knowledge of equipment supplied by Amits. Unless you are going to spend money because then lights will light up and they can provide new equipment with the right settings. Strange.
Comes to; that when you talk to someone for the first time by phone, there may be something of decency in it.
