i	iwan de maijer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trekhaak gekocht zou volgens de advertentie (op de onderdelenlijn nota bene) zou moeten passen op mijn auto. De trekhaak past dus niet! En is van een ouder model als aangegeven..... Kan gebeuren denk ik nog! Maar als ik de trekhaak terug breng krijg ik opeens veel minder geld terug als ik betaald heb!? Ja let op! Omdat ze er werk aan gehad hebben!? En ik dan? Ophalen bumper, uitlaat, reserve wiel gedemonteerd en uiteindelijk weer terug brengen ook nog! Hun kunnen de trekhaak nog verkopen voor het het zelfde geld aan iemand anders waar bij hij wel past mischien ik niet! Eigenaar houdt voet bij stuk op een kinderachtige manier en weigert mij mijn geld terug te betalen. De eigenaar is echt zéér onredelijk en zet zn eigen personeel voor het blok om zn gelijk te moeten halen. Het is gewoon te zielig voor woorden. Kortom zeer slechte service beter geen zaken mee doen heeft helemaal totaal geen enkele zin. Maar dat blijkt hier ook al uit de rest van de referenties op Google.

When the piece arrived, I was surprised to see that it was not the same as the ad. since it was manufactured in 2001. And it was also of another color. That was not what I had bought. In addition, the invoice specifies the year of manufacture: "2003" I sent them emails that indicated the error. And they always answered: "The same reference, the same piece, is not our mistake". WHAT?????? I buy a piece from 2003 and they send me another from 2001 and it's my mistake ???? I could not believe it. While sending emails to solve the problem, I returned the piece. And his answer was: "No money back": And now I do not have the piece, and I do not have the money. Nothing. You know, stay away from these people.

Niek was really helpful and the part was sent straightaway with international tracking. It arrived carefully packed. I fitted it today and it works perfectly. Excellent service.

Yes the owner is a man of a few words, but who cares, he answers quickly, and the job is done efficiently. It's wise to really check the picture of the part to see if it's really the one you need, and maybe make sure it is the one he will send, to avoid confusions. My only complain is the tracking number never worked, but that's on DHL's.
