De opkomst van de winterbanden en de daaraan gekoppelde jaarlijkse bandenwissels brachten het werken op afspraak in een nieuwe fase. Wij introduceerden tijdsloten om banden te wisselen. Vanaf 2007 werd het maken van een afspraak ook online aangeboden. Daarna werd ook autoruitschade aan onze service toegevoegd en kon je dus voor voor een sterreparatie of ruitvervanging bij ons terecht.
De afgelopen 50 jaar hebben wij laten zien in staat te zijn om de formule aan te kunnen passen aan de veranderende wensen van onze klanten. Binnen zonder afspraak, klaar terwijl je wacht veranderde naar binnen met afspraak, nog steeds klaar terwijl je wacht. De telefonische prijsopgave voor het vervangen van een uitlaat groeide uit naar een online prijsopgave op maat op basis van het kenteken en de kilometerstand van de auto. Daarnaast kregen we naast consumenten ook leasebedrijven en verzekeringsmaatschappijen als klant, iets waar we erg trots op zijn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average. From one side, they did what they should. From another one - not to much attention to details. I needed a battery replacement on my Renault Scenic. The battery was replaced, but they didn't reset errors on the panel that appeared after battery disconnection. This is not terrible, but a little bit annoying. I had to ask one of my friends with a proper equipment to reset that parking brake warnings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My AC didn't work so I booked a time to fill the AC coolant. Went there and waited for 30 minutes to get the information that they couldn't fill the fluid. It would have been great to have that info while booking. As in before spending 30 min driving there, 30 min waiting and 30 min driving home.
1.5h waisted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. We had an appointment for our summer tyres to be put on. We received the email reminder the day before the appointment. My husband arrived on time for the appointment to be told by the guy on reception that the appointment was cancelled due to staff sickness. He said he had tried to call a few days earlier. Clearly, he did not try emailing and/ or cancelling the appointment through the reservations system as we still received a reminder for the appointment. The guy just couldn’t care less about the inconvenience and was unable to offfer a new appointment anytime soon. Totally outrageous and would not recommend that you do business with this organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all know Kwik Fit, it's not a small niche business.
It is located right next to my office, so really handy for me when in need of small standard checks or fixes.
Prices can be a tad stip at times, but on the other end, I came last year for my AC and the team diagnosed a rather big malfunction which they were not able to address themselves.
Despite the time and work they had put into refilling and testing the AC system to later diagnose the problem, when I asked for the bill I have been told it was on the house, with the justification that I had a major problem and should seek the advise of my trusted mechanic.
This is to me a great show of customer oriented attitude!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over worked staff. unfriendley uncaring management. outdated equipment. foulty equipment. sometimes they hammered their equipment for it to work.
Went there for an issue that did not get resolved.. instead they came up with excuses why it is not their fault. yet not fixed and no money back.
