De opkomst van de winterbanden en de daaraan gekoppelde jaarlijkse bandenwissels brachten het werken op afspraak in een nieuwe fase. Wij introduceerden tijdsloten om banden te wisselen. Vanaf 2007 werd het maken van een afspraak ook online aangeboden. Daarna werd ook autoruitschade aan onze service toegevoegd en kon je dus voor voor een sterreparatie of ruitvervanging bij ons terecht.
De afgelopen 50 jaar hebben wij laten zien in staat te zijn om de formule aan te kunnen passen aan de veranderende wensen van onze klanten. Binnen zonder afspraak, klaar terwijl je wacht veranderde naar binnen met afspraak, nog steeds klaar terwijl je wacht. De telefonische prijsopgave voor het vervangen van een uitlaat groeide uit naar een online prijsopgave op maat op basis van het kenteken en de kilometerstand van de auto. Daarnaast kregen we naast consumenten ook leasebedrijven en verzekeringsmaatschappijen als klant, iets waar we erg trots op zijn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wont service your car if you bring your own parts, that means you have to let them put the oil in your car which your owners manual doesn’t agree with.
That means, wrong oil, or not the one recommended by the car maker.

I have been taking my Suzuki Swift for the yearly APK to my local kwik fit garage, in Amsterdam Zuidoost for the past two years. I'm not knowledgeable in matter of cars, so I trusted a company of its size to take care of business. Since their first intervention on my car, I've started to have issued with the battery, which they had just replaced a few months before. First I was told by a ANWB technician that something was draining the battery, then on a second call I was told that the battery was faulty. So I got it replaced it under warranty. I thought: wow! Excellent service!
But the problem persisted and I took the blame. I wasn't using the car often enough. Last April came the second APK since I own the car and brought it back to them with an exhausted battery. They dutely recharged it and ran the APK various checks.
Comes August and the battery is once again dead.
One of my neighbors happens to be an ANWB technician and he's noticed that the battery installed in the car was way too small for the car's demands. Hence the thing is always flat.
Moral of the story, do not trust them specially if you are a woman!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried not to be put off by the 4 star rating (quite low compared to others) and risked going there. Went for APK and oil change. Left the garage and 5min later had a oil burning smell inside the cabin, open the hood and there's smoke coming out... Mechanic had made a mess, went back, manager asked him to clean everything at least. Would give 2 stars for this, if the same manager (?) hadn't tried to rip me off.... After checking my car for the APK, they noticed that 2 handbrakes cables had to be replaced. You can easily buy each cable for less than 50€ each and replacing is not too difficult.This guy wanted to charge me 194€ for the replacement of each cable. 400€ for the replacement of 2 2m cables! I mentioned the prices of the cables, the guy from reception said that those prices didn't include delivery, so the price was justified. I knew I was being ripped off, went to the best rated mechanic in Amsterdam and they gave me a quote for 245€ total. And this store is right in the centre and has hundreds of 5.0 star reviews. Wish I could say otherwise, but please don't come here ever, especially if you own a nice car.
