β β β β β Vannochtend een afspraak voor de jaarlijkse apk. Had zelf al het één en ander aan de auto gedaan. O.a nieuwe ruitenwissers, nieuwe remschijven en remblokken. Stond er erg van te kijken dat één van de afkeurpunten de (nieuwe ) ruitenwissers waren. Daarbovenop kwam nog eens bij dat ze mijn auto ook niet wouden maken. Heel vreemd. Eens maar nooit meer. Had het kunnen weten, als ik de reviews wat eerder had gelezen. Zonde van de 40 euro en de tijd die ik hierdoor kwijt was. Voor mij geen Kwikfit meer.
This morning an appointment for the annual MOT. Had already done a few things to the car myself. Including new windshield wipers, new brake discs and brake pads. Was very surprised that one of the rejection points were the (new) wipers. On top of that, they also didn't want to fix my car. Very weird. Once but never again. Would have known if I had read the reviews earlier. A waste of the 40 euros and the time I wasted because of this. No more Kwikfit for me.

β β β β β Service should provide the finish time of the work. For a APK work, dropping the car between 8/9 a.m. and given estimation to complete works till 17:30 is not a estimation. Your customers are also trying to plan rest of the day. The car was ready around 14.
