β β β β β This is another service center from the KwikFit chain that serves nearly the whole country. I used to go to another KwikFit in Boterdiep but moved to Damsterdiep due to the service closure at Boterdiep. In the beginning, their service was good and professional, but I found out that they were getting sloppy over time. For example, they started suggesting unnecessary repairs and charging higher. Last year, during the yearly fitness test, they told me that I would need to change the bearings as they were broken. I wanted to know how the bearings were broken, and I was still driving the car without an issue. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and didn't bother answering. I took the car from their garage to take to another small garage nearby to double-check. The KwikFit charged me a hefty amount as their checking fee for a failed yearly check. In the new garage, no issue was found; the yearly check was complete: no surprise there, though. That was the last time I visited this KwikFit and never again.
