 MOT turn at mercury fit done, called back within 2 hours that he was ready. Fast service and friendly staff.

1. Plaatsen van voor en achter ruitenwissers ( is in het geheel niet gedaan ondanks meerdere notities).
2. Er zijn wel twee nieuwe banden geplaatst alleen niet de A merk banden zoals overeengekomen.
3. Van de bestaande (oude) banden, zouden de beste twee banden worden omgewisseld en verplaatst en uitgelijnd als achterbanden.
Appointment not fulfilled with regard to
1. Placing front and rear wipers (is not done at all despite several notes).
2. Two new tires have been installed, but not the A brand tires as agreed.
3. Of the existing (old) tires, the best two tires would be swapped and repositioned and aligned as rear tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto naar deze Kwikfit gebracht voor APK en grote beurt. Nog geen maand later begon de auto te schokken bij het optrekken. Door een onafhankelijke garage laten nakijken en er bleek van alles mis, waaronder: koelvloeistof bleek niet te zijn gecontroleerd/bijgevuld, er hebben kabels klemgezeten bij de reparatie met schade tot gevolg en de bougies waren op merkwaardige wijze losgekomen. Dus terug naar Kwikfit, waar men kortweg antwoordde dat dit niet onder de garantie viel, het zeker €300 extra zou kosten (korting was onbespreekbaar) en dat men pas over een paar dagen tijd had om er naar te kijken. Dubieuze handelswijze en slechte service: ik ga nooit meer naar Kwikfit Hillegom.
Brought the car to this Kwikfit for MOT and major service. Less than a month later, the car started jerking when accelerating. Had it checked by an independent garage and everything turned out to be wrong, including: coolant was not checked/topped up, cables were jammed during the repair resulting in damage and the spark plugs had come loose in a strange way. So back to Kwikfit, where they replied succinctly that this was not covered by the warranty, it would certainly cost an extra €300 (discount was unnegotiable) and that they only had time to look at it in a few days. Questionable behavior and bad service: I will never go to Kwikfit Hillegom again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen idee waarom ik recensie mag schrijven terwijl ik er niet eens geweest ben Google. Maar als je hem wil kun je hem krijgen. Ik belde ivm lekkende band. Zou me ongeveer 30 euro kosten. Moest afspraak maken, maar wou meteen geholpen worden. Andere zaak gezocht, die hebben mij meteen fantastisch geholpen voor 20 euro.
No idea why I'm allowed to write a review when I haven't even googled it. But if you want it, you can get it. I called about a leaking tire. Would cost me about $30. Had to make an appointment, but wanted help right away. Looked for another business, they immediately helped me tremendously for 20 euros.
