★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to get a parking light bulb changed under my fit to go subscription. They called me 2 hours later and said they had to order in the bulb and assembly from BMW. Then they quoted €140 for the part.... I got my car back and went to the BMW dealership and the bulb cost €39.20! I know BMW overcharge as it is a premium service, but at least they didn’t try to rip me off, unlike this kwik fit garage.
Update. The garage has contacted me and has apologised, apparently there was a miscommunication on their part. They quoted for a part without actually checking it was correct. They have refunded my fit to go subscription. Can’t fault the person who called me, he tried his best.
