★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet echt tevreden. kreeg een gratis wintercheck van verzekering,maar kwikfit maakte zich er snel vanaf.Kreeg niet wat er was beloofd.!!!!
 Not really satisfied. got a free winter check from insurance, but kwikfit quickly got rid of it. Didn't get what was promised.!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is dramatisch !!!! Ik constateer dat mij band bijna leeg is, omdat er een schroef inzit. Kijk op google en zie dat kwikfit Sittard open is tot 17.30 uur. Ik blij, want ik moet nog verder naar Utrecht. Ik kom aan om 17.00 uur en wordt NIET meer geholpen. Reparatie zou 45 min duren en omdat ze om 17.30 dicht gaan helpen ze mij niet meer !!! 1 ster is al te veeeel, maar moest een rating geven. Gelukkig is Kicken, ondanks dat ze om 17 uur dicht zijn, zo vriendelijk om mij wel te helpen.
Service is dramatic!!!! I notice that my tire is almost empty, because there is a screw in it. Look on google and see that kwikfit Sittard is open until 5.30 pm. I'm happy, because I still have to go further to Utrecht. I arrive at 5pm and am NOT helped anymore. Repair would take 45 min and because they close at 5.30 pm they don't help me anymore !!! 1 star is too much, but had to give a rating. Fortunately, even though they are closed at 5 pm, Kicken is kind enough to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, competitively priced APK inspection. Got my car in and out in a hurry. They are pretty busy so call ahead. I got lucky and they were able to fit me in within 1 day of calling. All the other kwik-fits in the area were booked two weeks out. This location has garage bays that are large enough for all full size pickups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment for the MOT inspection (APK) of my car last week, which costs about €30. After the inspection, Kwikfit Sittard advised me that they could not approve it as they were unable to measure the lambda value. Apparently there was a complex issue with my car which could only be solved by a BMW specialist.
As per Kwikfit Sittard’s recommendation, I had my car diagnosed at BMW Keram Maastricht. After checking my car, the mechanic advised me that there was no issue with my car and did another MOT inspection which was finally approved with no further issues.
Either the measurement equipment at Kwikfit Sittard was malfunctioning or the person who inspected my car didn’t have the proper skills and know-how. In both cases I would say that there is a certain lack in quality of service.
