autosleutel niet meer uit het slot. Paniek. Ben naar dit bedrijf gegaan. Zij drukte de hendel van automaat met tikje verder omhoog in P-stand en probleem was opgelost. Geen kosten en perfect opgelost!
 I was standing in the parking lot of the crematorium and got
car key no longer out of the lock. Panic. Went to this company. She pressed the lever of the automatic transmission with a little further upwards in P-position and the problem was solved. No costs and perfectly solved!

But take care miscommunication can happen because of English.
I was also wondering why no one asked me for a proof of owning the vehicle. I am not if this is everywhere in the Netherlands or only with this shop.
