 Bought a nice exterior mirror for my 1999 Focus MK1 at Pieper. Item was as described, delivered next day and technically and optically OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verademing dit bedrijf! Ik heb sinds een paar weken mijn 'eigen' Alfa Romeo GT weer terug nadat ik hem 12 jaar geleden had verkocht (altijd spijt van gehad). Gelukkig nu weer in mijn handen maar de auto is nu 16 jaar oud en is, ondanks zijn technische prima staat, toe aan cosmetische verbeteringen. Dus ik had de nodige onderdelen nodig. Via Onderdelenlijn.nl gezocht en kwam meerdere bedrijven tegen. Alleen als je de revieuws leest van de meeste bedrijven is dat bedroevend, echt serieus slecht (de branche heeft op zeker een inhaalslag te maken in klantvriendelijkheid) maar behalve bij die van Autosloperij Pieper BV. Dus ik dacht, daar moet ik wezen! En dat bleek ook zo te zijn. Van tevoren even gebeld want het was toch een kleine 100km rijden maar Jeffrey vertelde mij dat ik gewoon zonder afspraak kon komen. Eenmaal daar wordt ik vriendelijk ontvangen en ben ik onder begeleiding naar de donorauto gaan kijken (als Alfist wel een droevig gezicht om zo'n GT als een wrak te zien). Daarvan kon ik gelukkig meerdere dingen goed gebruiken en bij een kopje koffie hebben we een superdeal gesloten binnen 5 minuten. De collega Josiq ging voortvarend aan de slag om de achterbumper, achterlichten, motorkap en antenne te demonteren. Na een half uurtje lag alles voor mij klaar. Ze zwaaide mij nog net niet uit maar dit bedrijf laat zien dat het ook anders kan in de wereld van auto-sloopbedrijven. Aardig en klantvriendelijk zijn kost niks en levert heel veel op. Ga zo door! Ik ga mijn GT nu weer in haar volle glorie brengen, mede dankzij jullie. Mijn dank is groot! M.vr.gr. Vincent Nieuwenburg
What a relief this company is! I have my 'own' Alfa Romeo GT back a few weeks ago after I sold it 12 years ago (always regretted it). Fortunately, now back in my hands, but the car is now 16 years old and, despite its technical excellent condition, needs cosmetic improvements. So I needed the necessary parts. Searched through ProxyParts.com and came across several companies. Only if you read the reviews of most companies is that sad, really seriously bad (the industry is certainly catching up in customer-friendliness) but except for that of Autosloperij Pieper BV. So I thought, that's where I have to be! And that turned out to be the case. Called in advance because it was still a short 100 km drive, but Jeffrey told me that I could come without an appointment. Once there I was kindly received and I went to have a look at the donor car under supervision (if Alfist is a sad sight to see such a GT as a wreck). Fortunately, I was able to use several things well and over a cup of coffee we closed a super deal within 5 minutes. Colleague Josiq set to work diligently to disassemble the rear bumper, taillights, hood and antenna. After half an hour everything was ready for me. She just didn't say goodbye to me just yet, but this company shows that things can be done differently in the world of car demolition companies. Being nice and customer-friendly costs nothing and yields a lot. Keep it up! I am now going to bring my GT back to its full glory, thanks in part to you. My thanks are great! mrs.gr.
