Ruit was op voorraad en kon de auto direct achterlaten. Met een leenauto naar huis en anderhalf uur later de auto al klaar. Super service. ? Had stopped by this afternoon to make an appointment to replace the windscreen on my peugeot 3008 due to a major crack. Window was in stock and could leave the car immediately. With a loan car home and an hour and a half later the car is ready. great service. ?
A	Ad VanD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede service bestaat uit: leenauto, mooie wachtruimte met lekkere koffie/tijdschriften/wifi, aparte stille werkruimte. En een schone auto met een nieuwe ruit. Een gratis fles ruitenreiniger. En het allerbelangrijkste: vriendelijk personeel! Good service consists of: loaner car, nice waiting room with nice coffee / magazines / wifi, separate quiet workspace. And a clean car with a new window. A free bottle of window cleaner. And most importantly: friendly staff!
C	Cuiyu xxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kan moeilijk bevatten dat dit bedrijf vele lovende recensies heeft gekregen. - Klantonvriendelijk. Ik stelde 1 vraag, met daarop een vervolg vraag. Die hij niet begreep en het antwoord op de 1e vraag geïrriteerd herhaalde. - Slechte afwerking. Autoruit moest vervangen worden, en het glas dat binnen lag zou worden weggehaald. Auto is teruggegeven met ZICHTBARE glas op de voorstoel en achterbank. Vooral de scherven op de achterbank waren bijna zo groot als een vingertopje. - Slechte service. Na betaling werd de auto teruggegeven. Ik vroeg of er opnieuw een stofzuiger oid over met name de achterbank heen kon. Ik wees op het zichtbare glas, maar dat wilde hij niet doen. Hij zei: "Er lag een kussen, die mag ik niet aanraken om het glas daar weg te halen." (Het kussen dat hij zag, was een tent.) - Tijdinschattingsfout. Ik heb bijna 1,5 uur gewacht om 1 autoruit (rechtsvoor), te laten vervangen en het glas dat binnen lag weg te halen. Terwijl hij zei dat het 1 uurje zou duren. It is hard for me to believe that this company has received so many rave reviews. - Customer unfriendly. I asked 1 question, followed by a follow-up question. Which he didn't understand and repeated the answer to the 1st question irritably. - Bad workmanship. The car window had to be replaced, and the glass that was inside would be removed. Car was returned with VISIBLE glass on the front and rear seats. The shards in the back seat, in particular, were almost the size of a fingertip. - Bad service. After payment, the car was returned. I asked if there could be another vacuum cleaner or something like that, especially the back seat. I pointed to the exposed glass, but he wouldn't do that. He said, "There was a pillow, I mustn't touch it to take the glass out of there." (The pillow he saw was a tent.) - Time estimation error. I waited almost 1.5 hours to have 1 car window (front right) replaced and to remove the glass that was inside. While he said it would take 1 hour.

Omdat ik zonder stuur niet naar hen toe kon komen, zijn ze vanavond nog bij mij langs geweest. Heel aardige monteur die het snel en netjes verholpen heeft. Super service! Called this afternoon. My car's side window was broken and the steering wheel was stolen. Because I couldn't get to them without a steering wheel, they came to see me tonight. Very nice mechanic who fixed it quickly and neatly. Great service!
O	O A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben prima geholpen ondanks dat ik geen glasverzekering had. Ze hadden zelfs een eerder behandeld sterretje als extra bijgewerkt. Net dat extraatje kon ik zeer waarderen. Ik kon er direct terecht en ik werd geholpen terwijl ik een bakje koffie consumeerde. I was well helped even though I did not have glass insurance. They had even updated a previously handled asterisk as an extra. I really appreciated that little extra. I could go there immediately and I was helped while I consumed a cup of coffee.

I've managed to get an appointment there and the glass was fixed quite fast (about 1h and a half), they even gave me a glass cleaner spray for free. You can work or chill while you're waiting, they've WiFi, chairs and desks in two different rooms where you can have free coffee, tea or water.
