Ik geloofde er niks van uiteindelijk ben ik naar de BMW dealer gegaan daar hebben ze uiteindelijk heel wat anders gevonden en het probleem is nu opgelost. Slecht bedrijf. Als je zelf niet een beetje verstand hebt van auto's dan proberen ze jou hier tot de maximale op te lichten ! Bad company! Have a diagnosis done at Autobedrijf tess in Deventer. Er word helemaal niks gecommuniceerd over mijn auto of er diagnose is uitgevoerd of mijn auto moet blijven staan etc. Steeds moet je er achteraan bellen. Uiteindelijk doen ze een diagnose dan vraag je er wat er kapot aan is zeggen ze de ketting is kapot van je auto. Als je dan aangeeft: als de ketting kapot is dan rijdt de auto toch niet? Dan krijg je als antwoord er is een onderdeel kapot van de ketting maar wat er precies kapot aan is kunnen we je niet vertellen. Na een tijdje discussiëren vraag je om een offerte en dan krijg je als antwoord ik hoef geen offerte te sturen. Ik vraag waarom? Hij zegt zonder schaamte omdat we zeker weten dat jij hem hier niet gaat laten maken. Super slecht service. Mij zie je niet meer terug bij autotess in Deventer bij de A1 Super bad garage. Autotess is één van de weinige autobedrijven die nog in staat zijn om op componentniveau te repareren, echt met de klant meedenkt en niet klakkeloos defecte onderdelen voor nieuw vervangt. DIt is uitzonderlijk binnen de branche en op basis van een jarenlange zoektocht binnen Deventer kan ik zeggen dat het uniek is. Door slim te repareren bespaart men de klant veel kosten, de tarieven voor standaard klussen zijn zeer redelijk (tot nu toe zijn de rekeningen ons alleen maar meegevallen). Het personeel is zeer correct en gaat zorgvuldig en vakkundig met de auto van de klant om. Autotess zit in het voormalige pand van de Toyota dealer met een ruime en professionele werkplaats, een uitstekende plek om dit mooie autobedrijf verder uit te kunnen bouwen. Wij dragen Autotess een warm hart toe en gunnen vele andere Deventenaren dezelfde positieve ervaringen met dit autobedrijf toe! We are very happy with Autotess and bring our cars there to our full satisfaction for MOT, maintenance and repair. Autotess is one of the few car companies that is still able to repair at component level, really thinks along with the customer and does not simply replace defective parts for new ones. This is exceptional within the industry and based on years of research within Deventer I can say that it is unique. Smart repair saves the customer a lot of costs, the rates for standard jobs are very reasonable (so far the bills have only been better than expected). The staff are very correct and handle the customer's car with care and skill. Autotess is located in the former building of the Toyota dealer with a spacious and professional workshop, an excellent place to further expand this beautiful car company. We warmly support Autotess and wish many other Deventer people the same positive experiences with this car company!

Heb echt een topservice ontvangen, vriendelijk ontvangst, heldere en uitgebreide toelichting wat er moest gebeuren. Denkt mee met de klant, geeft een goed advies en komt zeer professioneel over.
