M	Mischa Stigter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen week voor de 2de keer een auto bij ze gekocht. Ik was al eens bij ze binnen gelopen maar hadden toen niet staan wat ik wilde. Ze zeiden dat ze de perfecte auto voor me zouden vinden en jawel hoor, 1.5 week later werd ik gebeld dat ze wat hadden gevonden. Dus toch maar weer langs gegaan, auto bekeken, test gereden en gelijk gekocht. Helemaal top! Last week bought a car from them for the 2nd time. I had already walked in to them but then they did not have what I wanted. They said they would find the perfect car for me and yes, 1.5 weeks later I got a call that they had found something. So I went by again, viewed the car, tested it and bought it right away. Absolutely great!

Bij aankomst zag de auto er keurig netjes uit. Nette autobedrijf, auto's waren netjes gepoetst, zeer vriendelijke en vooral correcte eigenaar (Mark). Super fijne auto, helaas na een aantal dagen begaven de versnellingsplaten zich. Contact opgenomen met Mark, situatie uitgelegd, vervolgens gaf hij aan dat hij het voor ons ging oplossen. Momenteel werken wij nog aan een oplossing: update volgt! Dear people, we bought an Alfa Romeo at Auto Total Twello a few days ago. Car looked like Mark (owner) had promised us. On arrival the car looked neat and tidy. Neat car company, cars were neatly cleaned, very friendly and above all correct owner (Mark). Super nice car, unfortunately after a few days the gear plates broke down. Contacted Mark, explained situation, then indicated he was going to fix it for us. We are currently working on a solution: update will follow!

Ter verduidelijking dit bedrijf is niets mis mee, de auto's zijn veelal afkomstig van dealer bedrijven en hebben alle onderhoudsbeurten gehad volgens fabriek schema. De auto's worden tegen handelaars prijzen aangeboden, waardoor er geen rek meer in zit qua prijsstelling. Glashelder is ook dat de auto's worden aangeboden zonder garantie, echter tegen bijbetaling kan de klant kiezen met of zonder garantie. Kortom een goed adres wanneer je voor een scherpe prijs een goede occasion wilt aanschaffen. I have regularly inspected cars here on behalf of customers. The cars are offered at dealer prices, which means that there is no longer any stretch in terms of pricing. It is also crystal clear that the cars are offered without a warranty, but for an additional payment the customer can choose with or without a warranty. In short, a good address if you want to purchase a good used car for a competitive price.

We hadden meerdere Cooper S op het oog bij verschillende verkopers en bij Autotaal vonden we én een supermooi exemplaar dat scherp geprijsd was én een fijne authentieke service. We zijn zelfs na de aankoop ontzettend goed geholpen toen bleek dat ik er niet helemaal fijn in reed (dat was mijn eigen vergissing - ik had namelijk zelf geen proefrit gemaakt!). Autotaal is geen dealer, maar een handelaar. Je mag dus ook geen extra service verwachten (daar zijn de prijzen ook naar!). We kregen die extra service toch - Mark heeft nog een aantal verbeteringen laten uitvoeren aan de Mini , bij een nette vakgarage. Hierdoor rijdt ie nu als een zonnetje! Een goede verkoper kun je niet beoordelen op verkopen waar geen bijzonderheden zijn- wel kun je zien hoe oprecht de passie voor het vak is, en hart voor de zaak en klant op moment dat niet alles direct zo loopt als verwacht. Mark, bedankt voor de verrichte extra werkzaamheden en de fijne service! We rijden met ontzettend veel plezier nu & zijn er helemaal happy mee. Autotaal is van harte aan te bevelen dus :) In July bought a mini Cooper S from Mark van Autotaal Twello. We had several Cooper S in mind at different sellers and at Autotaal we found both a super nice one that was competitively priced and a nice authentic service. Even after the purchase, we were helped immensely when it turned out that I was not riding very well (that was my own mistake - I hadn't made a test drive myself!). Autotaal is not a dealer, but a trader. So you cannot expect extra service (the prices are the same!). We did get that extra service anyway - Mark had a number of improvements made to the Mini, at a neat specialist garage. This makes it run like a charm! A good salesman can not assess sales where no details are- well you can see how sincere passion for the profession, and devoted to the company and customer when not everything goes as directly as expected. Mark, thanks for the extra work done and the great service! We drive with a lot of fun now & are completely happy with it. Autotaal is therefore highly recommended :)

Mark gaf aan dealer onderhouden BMW's van de dealer over te nemen, vandaar ook mijn keuze voor deze auto. Wel worden de auto's zonder onderhoudsbeurt/garantie verkocht, tegen meerprijs is dit mogelijk. Wat wel opvallend is, is dat de onderhoudsinterval gewist/gereset is, terwijl deze wel uitgevoerd moet worden. Wel weet ik niet of dit door de vorige eigenaar is gedaan of door Autototaal Twello. Hoe dan ook, bedankt voor de fijne auto Mark! Beautiful BMW 1 series purchased from 2010 with 108k run, the car looks great and after 2 months no complaints. Mark indicated that the dealer would take over BMW's from the dealer, hence my choice for this car. However, the cars are sold without maintenance / warranty, this is possible at an additional cost. What is striking is that the maintenance interval has been deleted / reset, while it must be carried out. I do not know if this was done by the previous owner or by Autototaal Twello. Anyway, thanks for the nice car Mark!

Topbedrijf echte aanrader!!! Recently purchased a car. After purchase it turned out to be a small defect. Action is taken immediately and concretely and a solution is offered. Top company highly recommended!!!

Deze hebben wij een dag later ontvangen en deze zelf geplaatst. Ze doen wat zeggen en zeggen wat ze doen. Zeker een bedrijf om weer naar toe te gaan. Used Q5 purchased. Nice people with humor. We were properly addressed. There was a component (push button) that was not yet there with the episode. We received this one day later and placed it ourselves. They do what they say and say what they do. Certainly a company to go again.
