H	Hans Drenth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is een waardeloos bedrijf, het vervoer vanaf Haren naar de Euroborg is gewoon een drama , chauffeurs die de weg niet kennen dus te laat komen bij de wedstrijd.Bij de laatste reis heeft niemand betaald aangezien dat er geen chauffeur in de bus aanwezig was. Dus volgende lekker op de fiets naar de Euroborg. This is a worthless company, the transport from Haren to the Euroborg is just a drama, drivers who do not know the road so arrive late at the race. At the last trip nobody paid because there was no driver in the bus. So next bike to the Euroborg.

Vrouwelijke chauffeur aangesproken of ze ergens anders kon gaan staan. Kreeg me toch een onbeschofte grote mond terug. Lekker professioneel hoor. Dus niet. Bus at ASC Waterwijk in Almere is in the middle of the road at the entrance. Blocks the flow of traffic. Asked the female driver if she could stand somewhere else. Got a rude big mouth in return. Nicely professional. Not.

Ik had graag gezien dat hij de € 30,00 die teveel was berekend terug had gestort wat tot heden niet is gebeurd. Verder is het klantvriendelijk ingericht en is er altijd wel een secretaresse/telefoniste aanwezig. The owner himself has an office there but is very difficult to reach unless you come to pick up a reservation. I would have liked him to have refunded the € 30.00 that was calculated too much, which has not happened until now. Furthermore, it is customer-friendly and there is always a secretary/telephone operator present.

De man aan de telefoon was uiterst vriendelijk en tegen de verwachting in vertelde hij me dat we ons geld gewoon zouden terug krijgen. Daar hadden we niet eens rekening mee gehouden. Dezelfde dag stond het al op mijn rekening. Ik vind dat erg netjes! Booked a day out with colleagues. Unfortunately, we canceled the trip because of corona. The man on the phone was extremely friendly and against the odds he told me we would just get our money back. We hadn't even taken that into account. It was credited to my account the same day. I think that's very neat!
