★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oorkussen van mijn headphone ging kapot, ik een berichtje gestuurd of ze iets kunnen betekenen voor mij en ik kreeg gewoon kosteloos gratis 2 nieuwe oorkussens toegestuurd. Echt onwijs lieve mensen en hele goede service! Fijn dat ik nu nog een paar jaar kan genieten van mijn headphone. :)
 Ear cushions of my headphone broke, I sent a message if they can do something for me and I just got 2 new ear cushions sent free of charge. Really lovely people and very good service! Glad I can enjoy my headphones for a few more years now. :)

Very good service! My Exodus headphones were broken and cannot be repaired. I still had warranty and so got a new headset, newer version! I'm very happy with it! Fast and friendly customer service!

N.a.v. Terugsturen JBL koptelefoon naar BOL.COM het volgende:
Het geluid van de JBL stond mij niet aan, schel en matige (slechte) bas.
Aangesloten op een I Pad met toevoeging van een AUDIOQUEST Dragonfly Red.
Het was een vervanging van een House Of Marley met Bluetooth. Deze is niet defect,
maar laadde niet meer op. Accu defect?, heb nu nieuwe besteld bij BOL.COM.
Wordt weliswaar geleverd door BCC, maar komt indirect bij jullie vandaan.

after Return JBL headphones to BOL.COM with the following:
I didn't like the sound of the JBL, shrill and moderate (poor) bass.
Connected to an I Pad with the addition of an AUDIOQUEST Dragonfly Red.
It was a replacement for a House Of Marley with Bluetooth. This one is not defective
but wouldn't charge anymore. Battery defective?, have now ordered a new one from BOL.COM.
Although it is supplied by BCC, it comes indirectly from you.

I had bought a device that broke down after a while. I messaged them, got an RMA, sent it and they sent me a new one. Sadly this device did not work correctly with the hardware I was using. The previous one was manageable but this was unusable). I made a second RMA, send the device and got my money back. It went wrong though. I did not get it after a few weeks. I contacted them and they called me personally to offer apologies and within 2 days I had the money on my account.

Advised by the headphone producer I contacted Autovision in the Netherlands. They were very helpfull and super fast. I had my headphone back in only 5 days.
