Dit bedrijf heeft service en vriendelijkheid zeer hoog in t vaandel staan. Ook via email en/of telefoon goed en snel bereikbaar. Ik raad een ieder aan bij dit bedrijf te kopen. Purchased a double din car radio with navigation. This was installed professionally and quickly for me. This company attaches great importance to service and friendliness. Also easily and quickly accessible by email and / or telephone. I recommend everyone to buy from this company.
M	Martijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top bedrijf! Had voorheen een android auto radio van inbouwnavigatie.com. Service (lees updates) was altijd lastig. De 2e radio die daar besteld was ging terug (binnen een dag) omdat het scherm kleiner was dan de voorgaande. Had ik niet gezien. Geld terug krijgen was een hel. Heb wel 40x moeten mailen en bellen. Frustratie was heel erg groot. Toen bij Autowolf een autoradio besteld. De service is echt geweldig. Zelfs als ik voor de X keer om een update vraag dan staan ze je vriendelijk te woord en helpen ze je. Ken weinig bedrijven die zo klantgericht zijn. En als je me niet gelooft, bel beide bovenstaande bedrijven maar eens met een paar vragen en dan merk je het vanzelf en weet je precies wat ik bedoel. Volgende autoradio koop ik 100% weer bij autowolf mocht ik er 1 nodig hebben. Top company! Previously had an android car radio from recessednavigatie.com. Service (read updates) was always difficult. The 2nd radio that was ordered there went back (within a day) because the screen was smaller than the previous one. I didn't see that. Getting money back was hell. I had to email and call 40x. Frustration was very big. Then ordered a car radio at Autowolf. The service is really great. Even if I ask for an update for the X times, they will kindly talk to you and help you. Know few companies that are so customer-oriented. And if you do not believe me, just call both of the above companies with a few questions and then you will notice and know exactly what I mean. Next car radio I buy 100% again at car wolf should I need one.
J	Jan Kroek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij Autowolf een obd2 scanner gekocht om cruise control in te leren voor mijn Alfa Romeo. Al snel kwam ik erachter dat het niet de juiste OBD2 scanner was. Telefonisch contact gehad en keurig geholpen. Op advies de complete set gekocht voor Alfa, Fiat en Lancia. Alles is nu gelukt en de nieuwe order binnen 1 werkdag mogen ontvangen. Klasse! Bought an obd2 scanner at Autowolf to teach cruise control for my Alfa Romeo. I soon found out that it was not the correct OBD2 scanner. Had telephone contact and helped nicely. On advice bought the complete set for Alfa, Fiat and Lancia. Everything has now worked out and the new order can be received within 1 working day. Class!
P	Peter den Breejen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na prima mailcontact afspraak gemaakt voor inbouw radio/navigatie/Bluetooth car kit. Was 3 kwartier te vroeg op de afspraak ( was een keer geen file ) geen probleem ik kon de auto binnen zetten en na een uitleg over de apparatuur werd begonnen met inbouw. Probleem puntje: er zaten geen speakers in mijn auto en ook geen antenne. Werd vlekkeloos opgelost, raam antenne, speakers inclusief montage frame was allemaal beschikbaar. Alles getest en blij naar huis. Toppers. Aanrader. After excellent mail contact made an appointment for installation of radio / navigation / Bluetooth car kit. Was 45 minutes early for the appointment (there was no traffic jam once) no problem, I could put the car inside and after an explanation about the equipment, the installation was started. Problem point: there were no speakers in my car and no antenna. Was fixed flawlessly, window antenna, speakers including mounting frame were all available. Everything tested and returned home happy. Toppers. Recommended.
