★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een tijd geleden de versnellingsbak van een Renault Megane RS laten reviseren inclusief in-en-uitbouw van de bak. De bak is tot volledige tevredenheid gereviseerd. Er was helaas wel iets mis gegaan bij het monteren (vliegwielsensor gaf een week later een storing door schade) maar dit is super netjes en snel opgelost door de jongens in Tilburg.
 Some time ago the gearbox of a Renault Megane RS had to be overhauled, including installation and removal of the box. The box has been overhauled to complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, something went wrong during the installation (flywheel sensor malfunctioned a week later due to damage), but this was very neatly and quickly resolved by the guys in Tilburg.

Long delivery time and diagnosis time. Forgot to mention that 400 euros VAT was added after asking several times; what else is there to add; Sloppy and arrogant

Car was a V8 Phaeton with ZF transmission. Only original parts & oil used. Gearbox changes quicker then before, when drive or when in tip-tronic mode. Shifts with a cold gearbox are smoother.
Car was delivered clean and came back clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 20 years ago Autrans had rebuild a subaru automatic gearbox for us. The way of working, as in precision and cleanness was very attractive. Now 20 years later not much as changed. I first visited with a possible transmission problem. After a test drive the manager commented that the rough behaviour was not coming from the transmission but the engine (running on LPG). Later that day a vacuum leak was discovered solving the rough transmission behaviour. Nevertheless the transmission needed fresh juice and a filter. This was possible just within a few days. The transmission was flushed, the filter replaced. Additionally the rear differential oil was replaced and the front differential oil was checked. Nothing comes cheap these days but friendlyness and service are included too. Thank you (and hopefully for me, see you not to soon!).
