★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind sehr entäuscht. Jahrelang waren wir treue Kunden und immer wieder begeistert vom Service und Lage vor Ort. Nun ist die Anzahlung unserer Reise dieses Jahr einfach weg, aufgrund der Nichthaftung der AVAC oder auch FI Exclusif. Zum gebuchten Zeitpunkt in einem anderen Appartement, den Urlaub verbracht, stellten wir fest, das in unseren eigentlich zur 50% gebuchten Appartment andere Gäste untergebracht waren, die sicherlich auch bezahlt hatten. Wir sind einfach traurig über diese Art der Geschäfte, Hauptsache es wird gezahlt von den Urlaubern.
Natürlich ist das Schicksal für alle Beteiligten schrecklich aber keine Informationen oder vielleicht gar eine Entschuldigung zu bekommen ist in Anbetracht treue Kunden gewesen zu sein, traurig.
 We are very disappointed. For years we were loyal customers and always enthusiastic about the service and location on site. Now, the deposit of our trip this year is simply gone, due to the non-liability of AVAC or FI Exclusif. At the booked time in another apartment, the holiday spent, we realized that in our actually 50% booked apartment other guests were accommodated, who had certainly paid. We are just sad about this kind of business, as long as it is paid by the tourists.
Of course, fate is terrible for everyone involved, but not getting any information or even apologizing for having been loyal customers is saddening.
