Very happy with Bethan! She is a fountain of knowledge and has been very helpful in navigating my baby's first year of development when I had some doubts and fears around milestone achievement and helping with Chiropractic care, advice, exercises etc. I found great relief to find such a professional to help me on this journey. I am a chiropractor myself and I am more than happy with her care!

I want tremendously thank Bethan for monitoring me during pregnancy and postpartum. I had a huge pain and discomfort in the back, frequent headaches and she literally saved me. She also made the check of my newborn with so much care as only a mother is able to do. I am very grateful that found a real professional who offered me the best treatment I've ever had. Carly is an excellent chiropractor. She has helped me so much in just the few weeks I've been seeing her, and her style of adjustment is really painless and immediately feels like "magic" in how my specific pains are relieved. Highly recommend!

I started seeing Bethan after I had my second child, I had tried to go back to the gym after 4 months and was having terrible pain with squats. I had also thrown out my back during the pregnancy and was told I had scoliosis by a PT here which seemed strange as no one had ever mentioned this to me before and I have dealt with back issues my whole life! I had seen a Chiropractor in the USA many years before and I had forgotten how effective it was! I am really impressed with this practice, Bethan got me right on track and doing exercises at home to help my back. I felt a dramatic improvement and was able to return to the gym within a few months time. I also brought my daughter in to Bethan as she was suffering from a flat head at 4 months of age. I have now started seeing Carly at the practice and continue to have improved function and strength in my back and body. I have been working out at the gym for almost 1 year post birth with minimal issues. I can really recommend this practice if you are having pain, they will help you! Carly is also great to ask about if you take classes at the gm but wonder if the exercises are helping or hurting your back because believe me there are some that just do no benefit for me so I am always happy to get some alternate ideas or modifications. Bethan is great to consult with about nutrition and beneficial supplements, she is super knowledgable in this area and I have been very pleased with her advice! There is no magic cure and pain killers are really not a solution...you have to work hard to keep strong and flexible. I have learned that I must prioritize a bit of myself in order to be a better parent and to avoid drastic pain in the future...this practice is helping me to do so! Thanks Bethan & Carly!!!

I started seeing Bethan 18 weeks pregnant due to almost constant migraines and headaches. I have had them since childhood, but taking painkillers to numb the pain was no longer an option. I found the practice online and was drawn to it because of the good reviews, as well as the fact that Bethan has experience treating pregnant women and babies. Bethan took the time to dig into my complains and examine my body, which I appreciate a lot. Being pregnant I was a bit nervous, but in no time I was convinced that I am at the right place. I felt an improvement from the treatments almost immediately and 3 months later I am enjoying a pain-free pregnancy! Every now and then when I do get a headache, I find the pain not as strong as it used to be. Cannot recommend her enough!

Strong back and hip pain made me make an appointment with Avant-Garde Chiropractie. After checking with the clinic the possibility of having a consultation in english I made an appointment and it was the best decision for my health condition. I had a pain in my upper shoulder muscles that prevented me from performing certain types of physical activities. I didn't know what to expect but I thought a chiropractor might be able to help. During the first consultation Bethan had found the source of my pain, and put together a plan for me to follow. As it turned out, my issue was due to the sitting lifestyle at an office job I had at the time. After just a few sessions I have felt a noticable difference. My pain has dissipated. I am following the exercise routine to strenghten the weakened mucles in the long term. The communication was great throughout all of my sessions. I received a personalized treatment that resolved my issue. That said, I highly recommend Avant-Garde Chiropractie to anyone else who might be struggling with similar issues. Even having a checkup appointment might bring a great value as it can identify issues you are not aware of and it may prevent them from growing into something more serious.

My family and I see Bethan and she is amazing. Really takes her time to address what is going on, and it’s never a rushed in and out as it’s been at all of the other chiropractors I’ve seen. Highly recommend to all!
